Phone can't turn on

Solution:
1. If the original power adapter (charger) is plugged in and the phone is hot without any reaction, it is suggested to unplug the charger, bring the phone, the original power adapter and the original data cable to the authorized after-sales center for inspection.
2. Press the power button for more than 10 seconds for force restart.
3. Confirm whether the shutdown is due to low power. If so, try to restart after charging for 15-30 minutes with the original charger or charging with weak current (such as charging with the computer USB interface). If the power is too low, the screen may not be bright when the charger is just inserted, but the LED Indicator will flash red.
4. If it is confirmed that the phone has power, long hold the volume + button and power button while the phone power off to see if the phone can enter the Recovery mode. In that mode, press the power button for more than 10 seconds to restart the phone.
5. If the phone can not power on after the operation in "step 4" , it is recommended to clear the data via the Recovery mode and enter the system: enter into the Recovery mode and select "Clear data" - "Clear all data".
6. If the phone can not power on after the above steps, it is recommended to go to after-sales center for inspection.
Additional notes:
1. When it comes to the situation that the phone can not power on, please confirm the previous operations carefully. If it is stuck in the Mi logo interface for a long time and there is no Android display at the bottom of the screen, it is recommended to go to after-sales center for inspection.
2. Please note that this operation"Clear all data" will clear all data of the phone.
3. Some previous Redmi phone series models have no Recovery mode and can not be flashed in Fastboot mode.
