Phone can not be fully charged
Solutions:
First, it is suggested to confirm whether the phone is not fully charged with each charge, and how much (percentage) it can charge.
1. Make sure phone is charged at normal room temperature.
2. Whether the original charger and data cable are used? If not, it is recommended to replace the original charger and data cable or try to use other charger and data cable with good quality.
3. It is suggested to make several full charge and discharge attempts (0~ Max), and then observe whether the charge can reach 100%.
4. If the above operations have been tried, it is recommended to go to the after-sales center for inspection.
