Long charging time or slow charging
Solution:
1. Determine how long the charge time is when charging from 0-100% and whether it is really too long.
(Charging time is affected by environment, power volt and so on)
2. Determine the charging method, whether the charger is original, and whether the computer is used for charging (computer charging, non-original adapter, powerbank charging will be slow).
3. Determine whether the data cable interface and the USB interface of the mobile phone are plugged tightly when charging. If the mobile phone is not plugged in, the charging method may be incorrectly identified as USB charging, and charging will be slower.
4. Confirm whether there are currently video playback or games running, and whether there are more applications in the background. If there is currently a high power consumption application running, it may cause the charging speed to slow down.
5. If above issues do no exist, but charging is slow or without charging, check and note down the MIUI version, and check whether it's the latest MIUI version.

6. It is suggest to go to after-sales center for inspection, or to back up important data and do factory reset.
