1. First confirm whether the other NFC function abnormal. For example, gate machine or access card.

2. Back up the data and reset the Mi Band.

3. Whether the App upgrades to the newest version.

4. Uninstall Mi Fitness/Zepp Life app and reinstall.

5. If the above steps do not work, it is suggested apply for after-sale inspection.
