When the phone turns on bluetooth and opens the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life App, the data of the band will be automatically synchronized to the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life. In addition, it supports to manually slide the synchronized data on the "status" page . When the synchronized data fails, it can be checked according to the following methods:
1. Manually slide down the screen to resynchronize data.
2. Turn off the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life App and restart the synchronization.
