Solutions:
If the phone is unable to make a phone call, please first confirm whether the mobile phone has the latest version, whether the SIM card is in arrears, whether the location signal is more than three squares, and whether the card placed in the mobile phone is of a supported network system. If all above are checked out, it is suggested to do the following actions:
1. It is recommended to replace the SIM card.
2. It is recommended to change the use of the environment (see if the interference of mobile phone signal is caused by external interference).
3. It is recommended to enter the mobile phone setting > > SIM card & mobile networks > >SIM card settings >>select the corresponding SIM card > > Mobile network >>Preferred network type>> Prefer LTE (Prefer 3G), dual card mobile phone selection, SIM card & mobile networks > > (set to Internet SIM card) > > network type selection, select Prefer LTE or Prefer 3G and then try again.
4. Restore factory settings after backup and try before restoring the backup (see if the problem is caused by other communication software’s modification of system settings).
5. If the above methods don't solve the problem, it is recommended to go to the after-sales center for inspection.
