4G networks can't be used on mobile phones that support 4G networks
Solution:
Meet the following conditions to use operator 4G network:
1. The SIM card used must be a SIM card that supports 4G networks.
2. 4G network signal coverage is needed to use 4G networks.
3. If 4G network-enabled mobile phone is used and the SIM card supports 4G network, surrounded by 4G signal coverage, but still can not use 4G network, try to set 4G network priority. The operation method is: setting-> > SIM card & mobile networks-> >SIM card settings->> Mobile network->>Preferred network type>> Prefer LTE (operator customized phone does not have this option).
4. It is recommended to change location to determine whether the location data network signal is weak (Full signal doesn’t necessarily indicate that the network is good). In addition, if the 4G, 4G + network situation in the region is poor, select the network type SIM card. Go to setting-> > SIM card & mobile networks-> >SIM card settings->> find the card for surfing the Internet-> >Mobile network->>Preferred network type>> Prefer 3G. 3G H+ networks in some areas are more stable than 4G networks.
5. It is recommended to update to the latest version of the system. If above steps do not solve the issue, it is suggested to go to the local after-sales center for inspection .
