What to do when scanning the QR code and don't hear any voice prompt when binding the camera?

Solution:

1. The mobile phone screen resolution is too low; the screen is too dark; too far away from the camera lens; and reflector factors will cause the QR cannot be recognized. It is suggested that the screen of the phone should be facing the camera and try to scan the QR code at different distances;

2. If the WIFI password is too long, please try to shorten the WIFI password length to less than 20 digits;

3. The lens protection film of the new equipment needs to be torn off. Please make sure that the lens of the old equipment is clean and dust-free;

4. If the above problems cannot be scanned after elimination, please contact the after-sales service for testing.
