Solution:
If Xiaomi TV, Redmi TV and Xiaomi Box have a blurred or flashing screen when playing videos, please follow these steps:.
1. Exit the input source interface and confirm whether the problem is caused by connecting a third-party output device;
2. Restart with power off;
3. Update the system to the latest version;
4. If the screen is blurred when playing video, try to switch the video resolution or replace the video;
5. Try to replace the HDMI cable, or replace the TV HDMI interface;
6. If connected to the set-top box, need to check whether the contact is good, or check whether the set-top box screen has the color problem;
7. The above troubleshooting can't solve the problem, it is suggested to after-sales for testing.
