What is the problem with Mi Air purifier can not connect to APP but the indicator light always on?

The indicator light is always on, indicating that the purifier has been connected to the router. If the APP fails to refresh and not search the purifier at this time, the fault is usually related to the network environment of the router, and the current network Settings need to be checked.
Possible reasons are as follows:
1. Make sure the phone and device are in the same WIFI. Try to pull down to refresh the list.
