Solutions:
1. Check whether the power of the mobile power is sufficient, and try to recharge the mobile power (you can press the power check button when the power is not connected, according to the power of the mobile power according to the power indicator);
2. After connecting the power bank to the phone, click the power check button to check whether the mobile power has output;
3. Check whether the data line is faulty, and try to replace other data lines;
4. Check whether the charged mobile phone or tablet is charging normally, and try to replace it with other devices;
5. Except mainstream phones or laptops, the power bank can't supply for other devices, which may be caused by different charging protocols between the devices. It is suggested to guide users to replace phones and other devices to verify whether the power bank supply fails;
6. Apply for after-sale testing.
