Solution:
1. Check if some of the RAW source output is silent. If so, it may be because the TV/amplifier does not support decoding Dolby or Dolby Digital Plus format.
2. Confirm whether the video with Dolby decoding and other usage scenarios are played with sound, such as system keytone, network radio, third-party APP or game, etc.
3. If the sound of other scenes is normal.
It may be because of the current playback source or the current device system. Check whether it is part of the video or part of the definition of the video source that the silent problem occurs.
In one of the following two cases, the priority is to boot the update system.
If the individual video silent, but other sources sound normal, may be the source of the problem.
If part of the "sharpness" of the video appears silent, such as "HD" is silent but "standard clear" is normal, it may be audio decoding problems.
4. If there is no sound in any other scene:
There may be a problem with the sound output setting, or a problem with the system audio decoding.
A. If it is a TV, please turn off the Bluetooth of the TV and set the sound output to the TV's built-in speaker, and then play the video.(Because Bluetooth has the highest priority, when there is sound output, the priority is bluetooth speaker/Bluetooth headset sound)
(1) If the own speaker has a sound, and the external speaker has no sound, then can troubleshoot the connection line contact bad or speaker setup problems.
(2) If there is no sound from the built-in speakers, please handle the TV in the order of "update the system to the latest" -- "Restore factory Settings". If still no sound, it is suggested to after sales for inspection.
B. If it is a box, please connect the Bluetooth headset for verification (if the box supports analog audio output, please also turn off the Bluetooth of the box and connect the wired headset to listen to the sound.)
If there is sound in the earphone, it is due to bad contact of the box connection wire or abnormal sound resolution in the terminal device:
It is suggested to change the connection wire, interface or terminal equipment (such as connecting to other TV or audio/power amplifier); If the replacement of equipment is not possible, the box will be applied for after-sales audio output interface detection.
If there is no sound in the headset and you want to make sure that the Bluetooth headset you are testing is working properly, there may be a problem with the box's interpretation of the sound:
Follow the sequence of "update system to the latest" -- "restore factory Settings" . If still fails, it is suggested to after sales for inspection.
