A: Yes,it does.
5.Q : Is Mi box has a Android system? Does it can install apps?
A：Yes，it is an Android system. Officially,we do not provide app installation, you can do it by your own.
Network:
1．Q：How to connect Mi box to internet?
A：Mi box can connect to internet by Ethernet and WIFI. By Ethernet, you can plug and go. By WIFI ,please go into the Mi box’s settings page,search for available network,choose the network and follow the instruction to connect.
2．Q：How much bandwidth is needed to run Mi box?
A：For daily use,2MB is enough. For HD videos,you need to have a bandwidth not less than 4MB,8MB or higher is recommended. Even the same nominal bandwidth will have different performance on different operators.
3．Q：Does Mi box support download 1080P video and watch it offline?
A：Temporary, Mi box does not support this feature. For 4MB bandwidth network, it is recommended to watch 720P video.

A: Go to settings>>preference>>Language.
5. Q : Why the device freezes when switch videos and connect to Wi-Fi?
A: This is a normal situation when the network is not stable.

5. Q : How to reset Mi box?
A : Go to Settings>>Storage>>Storage space and reset.
6. Q : Does Mi box support connect to hard drive and U-disk?
A : Yes, it does. You can directly play the videos on the hard drive and U-disk.
7. Q : Does Mi box support USB Drive?
A : Sorry, it does not.
8. Q : Does all brands of TV set support Mi box?
A : Mi box support the TV that has HDMI in port or or AV composite input function. In order to get best view, it is recommended to connect Mi box to a HDMI in port television.
9. Q : Why does Mi box get heated very often?
A : There is no special heat-dissipating area for Mi box. It adopts the method of natural heat-dissipating. So it is easy to get heated for Mi Box. Please not to cover the Mi Box surface with cloth, books and other things.
Connection:
1. Q : Can Mi box connect with all brands phone?
A : Mi box can be connected with most brands of cell phone in the market, like Mi phone and other Android phones. Also it can support i phone, even other IOS devices, like iPad, Touch by Airplay.
2. Q : How to connect Mi box with iphone?
A : 1. Make sure the Mi Box and iphone are connected with the same Wi-Fi.
2. On the phone end, enter the control center to enable the Airplay function as picture below.
3.Choose the Mi box from the device list. User can rename it afterwards.
3. Q : Can Mi Box be connect with multi devices?
A : No, it can not. Mi Box can only work with the last connected device.
4. Q : Can I cast the games on TV through Mi box when I playing games on the phone?
A :Yes. Android phone can realize it through Miracast. While for iphone user，through Airplay.
5. Q : Does Mi box support IOS Airplay protocol?
A :Yes.
