Solution:
1. Restart MI TV and box to attempt.
2. Change the router encryption mode to none (no encryption) and try to connect. If the connection is normal, reset the password or modify the channel of the router, and then try to connect the TV and box again.
Note: The encryption method is WPA,WPA2 and WEP. Other encryption protocols are not supported.
3. Please check whether the router is set to MAC address login limit or manually specify IP limit. If there are corresponding restrictions, please modify router Settings or restore route factory Settings.
4. Disconnect other WiFi under the router, and only MI TV and box try to connect to the router. If the connection is normal, there is no problem with the TV and box, which may be a router problem.
5. Set up a WI-FI hotspot and try to connect with MI TV and box. If the connection is normal, there is no problem with the MI TV and box.
6. Empty MI box system data and restore factory Settings.
7. If the above investigation fails to solve the user problem, it is suggested to apply for after-sales service.
