How to solve if screen prompts "no signal", no picture or no response?

Solution:
1. Confirm whether the device type connected is correct.
MI TV is a display device, which can only be connected to video output devices such as HD player, game console, computer host and DVD as a display device, but cannot be connected to projector and display devices.
2. Whether the connection line used is correct.
MI TV can only guarantee that the cable connection of the existing interface can be normal (such as HDMI cable), and the normal use cannot be guaranteed by using the adapter (related to the quality of the adapter product). If using the adapter connection, it is suggested to directly connect the cable of the corresponding interface.
Example: If using HDMI to VGA cable connection, one end is connected to the HDMI port of the user's computer host, and the other end is connected to the VGA port of Xiaomi TV. However, the TV prompts no signal input, so it is suggested to find a sound HDMI cable to connect the computer host to Xiaomi TV. If used normally, it is a wire problem.
3. Whether the output adjustment of the equipment is correct.
Some device outputs may need to be set, such as some players. When there are multiple HDMI outlets, please choose between 1 or 2 ports in the player's Settings.
Note: If using a computer host to connect Xiaomi TV and needs to make the TV display screen, the output mode should be set as copy and expansion.(It needs to be set up in the computer system)
4. Replace the wire.
Connect or replace the two ends of the connection wire. If there is a problem with the user wire, it may cause abnormal signal reception.
5. Replace the interface.
If it is connected to HDMI 1 port of MI TV, try to switch to HDMI 2 port. If there is abnormal connection of only 1 port or 2 port, it is suggested to after-sales for inspection.
6. Turn HDMI 2.0 on/off.
If the video output device does not support HDMI 2.0, or the device only supports HDMI 2.0, please enter the input source of Xiaomi TV to switch the HDMI 2.0 option switch. The previous Settings are on, then off, then off, then open try.
Setting method: Enter the input source that the device is connected to. If connecting the DVD to HDMI 1, click into the HDMI 1 screen, press the menu key of the remote control, select the HDMI 2.0 option, and turn it on/off.
7. Whether switching input sources in Xiaomi TV Settings
After the three-party video output device is turned on and connected to MI TV, it needs to switch the corresponding input source on MI TV to display the picture normally.
For example, if connecting the game machine to the HDMI 2 port of MI TV using HDMI cable, then need to select HDMI 2 at the input source switch of MI TV to display the screen normally.
8. Restart the device and plug it again.
Restart the three-party video output device and Xiaomi TV try, and replug the cable to ensure solid cable insertion.
9. Reset the device.
MI TV system will be reset or enter Recovery clean data to try.
10. Replace the equipment for testing.
Try to replace other video output devices to connect to Mi TV. If other devices connect to Mi TV display normally, there may be problems with your device. If your device uses the same wire to connect to other TVS, it can display normally.
11. If it is confirmed that there is no problem with the three-party devices connecting to other display devices with the same wire, and the above steps cannot be solved. it is suggested to be subjected to the actual after-sales inspection.
