1. Enter the mobile phone to adjust the volume of media audio. There are different ways to adjust the volume of music listening and phone calls.
2. If the voice of the third-party software used for listening to music and multimedia is low, it is suggested to replace other software with the same function.
3. Change a mobile phone to connect bluetooth earphone to see if there is the same problem. If so, apply for after-sales inspection.
4. If earphones have this problem in multiple apps, it is suggested to submit feedback and wait for system update.
