Please follow the steps:
1. Confirm whether the battery capacity of the charging box is sufficient. When the charging box doesn't charge, the indicator light does not light up or the red light flashes after opening the cover, it indicates that the battery capacity of the charging box is insufficient.
2. The headset may have been unused for a long time and the battery of the headset has been exhausted. It is suggested to charge for a period of time before checking whether the charging is normal.
3. Check whether the charging contacts of the headset and the charging pins in the charging box are damaged, dirty or in bad contact.
