Solutions:
-- Mobile terminal:
It may be caused by disabling some permissions of Mi Home APP or not opening the network connection (the phone must be connected to the Internet);
Check whether the third-party security application affects the functional permissions of the APP, and try to reinstall the APP.
-- Network terminal:
Use the network not supported by Mi Air Purifier, such as:
1. Mi Air purifier supports most personal routers, but only supports 2.4ghz WiFi.
2. Unable to support the network requiring web page authentication.
3. Some routers may not be able to connect.
4. The advanced functions of the router, such as hiding the SSID, manually setting the static IP, binding the MAC address and so on, make the connection impossible.
5. The port on the company's internal network is blocked, resulting in improper use.
6. It is suggested to create a hot connection cleaner using mobile phone to test network problems.
-- Purifier terminal:
Other WiFi has been connected and is in the connected state or WiFi module fails.
