How to do if Mi Air Purifier can't turn on?
Solutions:
Ⅰ. Mi air purifier series products can not be turned on. It is suggested to:
1. Check whether the power supply is connected and whether the power supply is normal, and try to plug the power supply again.
2. Check whether the filter element of the purifier is installed in place (the top grille of the Mi Air Purifier 1 also needs to be checked); if it still can't be started, it is recommended to apply for after-sales inspection.
Ⅱ. There is no reaction when the air purifier is turned on and no "tick" sound. Please troubleshoot with the following ways:
① Check whether there is electricity in the power socket;
② Check whether the power cord and socket are firmly connected;
③ Check whether the power line is firmly connected to the purifier. After the power line is inserted in place, the space between the step position of the power line and the back shell is about 1cm, as shown in the figure below:
Ⅲ. When the air purifier is turned on and hear the sound of "drip-drip" , or the screen of the purifier prompts " filter element cabin door is open" :
① Check whether the door of the filter element is closed in place;
② Check whether the mechanical switch on the top of the door of the filter element is out or out of shape (the picture below shows the normal mechanical switch). If it is out of shape, please guide the after-sale inspection and treatment.
3. Apply for after-sales inspection.
