How to do if Bluetooth remote control cannot pair?
Solution:
1. Check whether the power supply is normal. The two methods are as follows:
① Confirm that the button battery insulation has been removed (if the remote control with no. 7 battery is used, please check whether the positive and negative poles are in the right direction).
② Replace the battery on the remote.
2. Confirm that the operation method is correct. The two methods are as follows:
① The binding method of bluetooth remote control: when holding the home button and menu button at the same time, put the remote control close to the TV/box (preferably within 10CM) and connect it according to the screen prompt.
