How to do if auto power off or reboot in the process of using?

1. If the same software freezes every time when run it, it can be determined that it is the software problem. Suggest to uninstall the software or restore the factory Settings of the box and TV (choose not to keep the software).
2. If you use the box and TV function, the machine will crash and restart frequently, please try the following operation:
① Prioritize the system update to the latest version, the latest version will optimize the previous system bugs.
② Restore the box to factory Settings (without retaining software), or enter the Recovery mode to empty all data.
③ Try to switch the box to the previous system version and check whether it is the system version. The latest system version can be switched in the Setting - about -MIUI TV version or the recovery mode.
