How to deal with WIFI connection failure?

Solution:
MI TV/box cannot be connected to WI-FI. The network can be divided into two parts for troubleshooting:
1. Check the user network:
① Please change the router encryption mode to no (no encryption), try to connect, if the WIFI can be connected normally, please reset the router password and encryption mode (MI TV/box support encryption methods: WEPWPAWPA2), try to reconnect the TV/box.
② If method ① is invalid, please check whether the router is set to the MAC address login limit. If there is a corresponding limit, please modify the router Settings, or reset the route and try to connect again.
③ Please also use your mobile phone to set up a WiFi hotspot, and use the MI TV/box to connect the WiFi hotspot. See if it can be connected. If it can be connected, it means that there may be problems with the router equipment.
2. MI TV/box:
① Check whether the password is entered correctly.
② Restart the MI TV/box and reconnect to WiFi.
③ Modify the input method of the TV/box end and try to reenter the password to connect to WiFi.
④ Restore the MI TV/box back to factory Settings.
Note:
If you can't find any WiFi (the WiFi list is empty) : first boot the device back to factory Settings. If still not, it may be WiFi module hardware problems. It is suggested to after-sales for inspection.
