Solution:
1. Restart audio source equipment and Mi TV audio system.
Restart the audio source device connected by Mi TV and audio device, and replug the cable of the TV, audio and audio source device. If connected by Bluetooth, try to reconnect with Bluetooth.
2. Change other resources to play.
If the sound quality of the playing resource is poor, it will also be directly reflected when the sound is sounded. If there is no noise problem when changing other resources to play, it can be determined as the playing resource problem.
3. Is there any interference near the MI TV audio system.
When connected by Bluetooth, it will be affected by the surrounding environment. Mi TV audio is
far away from the Bluetooth player or the middle and obstacles may affect the sound quality of the player. Try to keep the Mi TV audio and Bluetooth devices close to each other without metal objects.
4. (1) If using AUX wire connection, try to replace the wire, check whether it is the wire quality problem;
(2) If using SPDIF line connection, set the TV sound output to analog audio output (that is, PCM output), because TV audio does not support decoding, so the digital output only noise or silent.
(3) Such as using the bluetooth connection, check whether placed in router attachment or room connected WI-FI equipment is more, bluetooth and WIFI 2.4 G network at the same frequencies, when a room 2.4 G WIFI connection device is too much, or the bluetooth device and router distance is close, may produce TV audio playback noise interference in millet.
5. If there is noise/noise only when the volume is low (for example, when connecting devices via AUX or Line in), the noise cannot be heard after the volume increases, it is suggested to turn up the volume of the audio source device and try to turn down the volume of the TV audio(Under normal circumstances, Mi TV and audio design has a noise filtering function. When the output volume of the audio source device is low, the TV audio may filter out the output signal of the audio source, leading to noise in the output).
