How to deal if failing to scan the QR code?

Solution:
When the camera is added to Mi Home APP, the QR code cannot be scanned and cannot be added, please follow the following steps:
1. Check whether the APP version and mobile system version are up to the latest version;
2. Make sure that the camera lens protection film has been torn off. When scanning code, it is necessary to keep a distance of about 15cm between the phone and the camera, not too close or too far;
3. Confirm whether there is a big difference between the brightness of the surrounding environment and the brightness of the phone. If there is a big difference, the OR code cannot be recognized normally
4. Check whether the WiFi password at home is too long, please shorten the WiFi password to below 20 digits
5. Replace the mobile phone;
6. When the network environment is not good, the interface of scanning qr code will remain unchanged. It is suggested to change the network environment;
7. If still failed to scan code, reset the camera and restart;
8. If still failed to scan code after resetting and restarting, it is recommended to after-sales for inspection.
