Solution:
1. It is recommended to use the standard charging data cable for charging.
2. Check whether there are stains on the metal contact of the band body and the metal contact of the charging line, and try to wipe it with paper towels to ensure that there is no bad contact between the band body and the charging line.
3. If the charging adapter is normal, please try to replace other adapters to connect the band charging cable for charging.
4. If there is an alternate charging line (or the charging line of the same band), please try to replace one.
5. Try to charge in an environment with a temperature above 10℃.
6. If there is no reaction after charging for a long time, please apply for after-sales inspection.
7. The charging time of Mi Band 5 is about 2 hours. Please check the charging time, whether the charging time is too short to be filled.
Note:
1. Please confirm whether the ambient temperature of the band during charging is too low or too high. If the temperature of the band is too high or too low, it is forbidden to charge. The charging function will automatically resume after the temperature is normal.
2. If the band can still connect to APP, please update APP and band firmware to the latest version.
3. The charging time of Mi Band 3 series is about 2.5 hours, and that of Mi Band 4 series is about 2 hours. It is suggested to check the charging time, and whether the charging time is too short to be filled.
4. When charging, the band displays the charging sign. After connecting to the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life App, there is a "in charge" prompt on the interface of Mi Band.
