Mobile phone appears sound silent, sound too small and call intermittent in calling mode
Solutions:
1. Due to usage problems, when holding the phone in right hand, the little finger of right hand will block the microphone feed hole at the lower end of the phone (the hole to the left of the USB charging interface), resulting in no sound of the microphone when sending the sound to phone; move the little finger of right hand to return to normal.
2. Check whether there is any foreign body blocking in the main microphone. If there is, it is advised to clean at the after-sales outlets instead of cleaning it by one's own.
3. Ask whether the third-party calling application or recording software has been installed or not, and try after uninstalling it.
