1. PROMOTER AND PROMOTION

1.1 This sales promotion is organised by Xiaomi Technology L.L.C. (The “Promoter”). ID Registration number: 1478465 Address: Office No. HC-8 THE ONE TOWER - Owned by Rashid Mohammed Abdullah Almazrouei - Al Thanyah First (hereinafter, the "Organiser").

1.3 This Promotion has the aim of letting consumers in the Territory know Xiaomi products.

1.4 This Promotion is subject to the present Terms and Conditions, and you can find the complete text is available clicking here at the Site (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/terms/terms-of-use) (“T&C”).

2. TERRITORY

The promotion is valid in United Kingdom mi.com/ae-en, mi.com/ae-ar and the Mi Store APP only.

3. HOW TO OBTAIN A COUPON REWARD?

Purchases of the following products are eligible to receive the coupon:

3.1 Purchase Qualifying Items within the Promotion Period.

3.2 Get the Coupon Reward after order is delivered.

3.3 The coupon can be used within 31 days after your order is delivered.

4. WHAT'S THE PROMOTION PERIOD?

The Promotion is valid from 16:00:00 pm on 28th May 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 pm on 10th June 2026. Purchase must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period in order to get the Coupon Reward.

5. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFYING ITEMS?

The Xiaomi 17T Series coupon reward promotion applies to every order with a total amount exceeding 2000 AED. The selected products (“Qualifying Items”) are marked with a “Coupon Reward” tag on the product page. You can see all the Qualifying Models by clicking on the "Coupon Reward" tag. Models qualifying for the Coupon Reward are listed below each coupon.

6. WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDED COUPON?

You can find your rewarded coupon and check details (including restrictions, valid date, coupon value, etc) in the "Coupons" section in "My account" after your order is delivered.

7. WHAT'S THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE COUPON?

All Xiaomi 17T Series rewarded coupons are valid from 00:00:00 on the 3rd day after the order is delivered and will remain valid for 30 days from the effective date. You can find the validity periods by clicking on the "Coupon Reward" tag on product page. Validity periods are listed on each coupon. Once your order has been delivered, the duration of validity will be displayed on each coupon at "Coupons" in "My account".

8. WHAT'S THE VALUE OF THE COUPON AND WHAT PRODUCTS CAN THE COUPON BE USED ON?

The value (“ Set Value”) of the Coupon Reward is 200 AED and applies to every order with a total amount exceeding 2000 AED.The coupon can be used to offset the Set Value when you buy the eligible products. You can find the Set Value and eligibility by clicking on the "Coupon Reward" tag on product page. They are listed on each coupon. Or find it in the "Coupons" section in "My account" after your order is delivered.

9. CAN THE COUPON BECOME INVALID?

If an order is canceled or Qualifying Item(s) is returned after delivery, then the coupon will be invalidated and only any actual paid monies will be refunded.

10. OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE COUPON REWARD

10.1 The quantity of Coupon Reward offered for every order with a total amount exceeding 2000 AED is 100,000. You can get the Coupon Reward as long as you purchase Qualifying Items within Promotion Period.

10.2 Coupon Reward is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. If you return any order purchased using the Coupon Reward, Coupon Reward will not be refundable either.

11. BENEFICIARIES

11.1 You must be over or the legal age (18 years old) to participate in this Promotion.

11.2 You must be a registered user of Mi.com ("Site") and accept the Terms and Conditions (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/terms/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/about/privacy/) of that Site and own a personal account (or create a personal account) to participate in the Promotion, with indication of the following personal data and information: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

12. DELIVERY

12.1 Free shipping applies for all the orders over AED85.00. Otherwise, customers need to pay the delivery costs.

13. OTHERS

13.1 The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other mean deemed opportune to communicate to the Beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&C.

13.2 The Promoter, co-Promoter, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organization related to this Promotion cannot participate to this Promotion.

13.3 Products purchased at a discount in this Promotion cannot be exchanged for their cash value, they cannot be transferred to any person or sales channel other than the acquiring user; in such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion. The products of this Promotion may not be resold, no be subject to commercial distribution, which is exclusive to Xiaomi.

13.4 The Promoter will interpret and explain the conditions of this promotion according to the legal needs. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Promotion with prior notice and always respecting the orders already placed by Beneficiaries.

13.5 Beneficiaries will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other Mi.com if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any applicable legal requirements.

13.6 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
