How to handle water leakage from the outdoor unit of the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco A+++ 9K?

To handle water leakage from the indoor unit of the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco A+++ 9K, follow these guidelines:
1. The air conditioner’s outdoor unit does not generate condensate in cooling mode. If water leakage occurs from the outdoor unit during cooling, it is due to the outdoor unit's pipes being at a low temperature during cooling. When the outdoor air humidity is high, condensation forms on the surface of the cold pipes. The condensate then drips onto the base and is drained out through the drainage hole. This is a normal phenomenon and does not require repair;
2. During heating mode, the outdoor unit can frost over, and the defrosting process can generate condensate. This is also a normal occurrence. If you believe this situation needs to be addressed, you can request an after-sales service to install a drainage nozzle and pipe on the outdoor unit’s base.
Note:
It can also be residual rainwater draining out from the drainage hole after rainfall.
