SBI Instant discount Terms & Conditions

• This offer ("Offer") is being provided by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited ("SBICPSL") and is made available on the website www.mi.com/in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "mi.com") by Xiaomi Communication and Logistics India Private Limited ("Xiaomi"). 2.All SBI Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card (“Card”) with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.

• Under this Program, cardholder can avail the following offer:
  i. 5% instant discount on transactions of Rs. 7,500/- or more made using SBI Credit Card on www.mi.com
  ii. The maximum discount amount is (cumulative of Web and App eligible transaction) of Rs. 500/- per card account (including all the add on cards in case of SBI Credit Card) during the Offer Period (as defined hereinafter)

• For SBI Credit Card, the offer is also valid on EMI transactions. 14% Rate of interest applicable on monthly reducing balance for EMI transactions on SBI Credit Card.
• Offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.
• In case of cancellation of your order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility.
• Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• Offer not valid on corporate or commercial Cards
  

  Other Terms & Conditions

• Xiaomi and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

• Xiaomi and/ or SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Delinquent and over-limit SBICPSL's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
• Any query regarding this Program shall only be entertained during Offer Period. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
• Any query on cashback posting for Mi.com will be entertained only till 7th July 2018.
