Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions

Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”) is introducing a pre-booking activity for Xiaomi S Mini LED Series televisions in 55, 65, and 75 variants (each, a “Product”, and collectively, “Products”). The Products may be pre-booked by Xiaomi’s customers (“you”, or “Customer”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

1. The Products may be pre-booked:

(i) in selected brick-and-mortal retail outlets owned and operated by Xiaomi, or any third-party authorized to do so, by Xiaomi, within India (each, an “Outlet”);

(ii) on www.mi.com, the related website and mobile application (“Platform”).

2. Pre-booking for the Products will commence from 15th April, 2026, and will continue till 21st April, 2026, 11:59:00 pm IST.

3. For successful pre-booking of the Products, you will be required to make a refundable token payment of INR 499 (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine) (“Pre-Booking Token”) at the Outlets, or on the Platform, as the case may be. The Pre-Booking Token will be wholly redeemable against the purchase of the Product. Confirmation of receipt of Pre-Booking Token will be sent to you by way of e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp, for pre-booking of Products made on the Platform or at the Outlet.

4. Once a pre-booking order has been placed for the Product, you will not be able to cancel the order. You may modify the pre-booked Product within the Product variants set out hereinabove, at the time of purchase, if the pre-booked variant is unavailable.

5. Products will be available for delivery from 22nd April, 2026 onwards. With effect from 22nd April, 2026 till 30th April, 2026 (“Booking Finalization Window”), you may book the Products, by way of making balance payment of the Product price (“Balance Amount”), at the appropriate Outlet or Platform, depending on where your pre-booking request has been made, in order to confirm your order, and avail the Pre-Booking Offer (as defined below).

6. You will receive a notification by way of SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp, informing you that Product is available for purchase and pick-up at the Outlet, or available for purchase on the Platform, as the case may be.

7. You must visit the Outlet during the Booking Finalization Window, anytime during the operational hours of the Outlet, or visit the Platform during the Booking Finalization Window, as the case may be, and make the remaining payment of Balance Amount, to complete your purchase and collect the pre-booked Product(s). Payment of Balance Amount must be done only during the Booking Finalization Window, and failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pre-booking.

8. Pre-Booking Token (Offline Outlets): If you fail to visit the Outlet within the Booking Finalization Window to complete your purchase of the pre-booked Product(s), the Pre-Booking Token shall be forfeited and shall not be refunded to you by the Outlet.

9. Pre-Booking Token (Online Platform): Any failure to complete your purchase of the pre-booked Product on the Platform within the Booking Finalization Window, if applicable, will result in a full cancellation of your pre-booking of the Product, and the Pre-Booking Token will be refunded to you.

10. You hereby agree and understand that you will not be able to make any payments or claims towards the Product, upon the conclusion of the Booking Finalization Window, and the Product will be confirmed only once the Balance Amount has been received by the Outlet or Platform (as the case may be), during the Booking Finalization Window. You further agree and understand that you will be eligible to receive the Pre-Booking Offer only if you make the payment of the Balance Amount during the Booking Finalization Window. It is hereby clarified that in case you purchase the Product after the Booking Finalization Window, you will be required the entire price of the Product and the Pre-Booking Token will not be adjusted.

11. You hereby agree and acknowledge that pre-booking of a Product does not quality as a “sale” or an order for purchase of the Product, and does not bind the Outlet or the Platform to sell the Product to you. Order confirmation is subject to availability of stock, and in the event that the Product is not available in stock, the Outlet or Platform shall refund the Pre-Booking Token paid by you.

12. The sale of the Product shall be deemed completed only upon receipt of the complete Balance Amount consideration for the Product.

13. Upon pre-booking of the Product at an Outlet, or on the Platform and subsequent payment of the Balance Amount to purchase the Product, you will be eligible to receive a four (4) year comprehensive Product warranty (“Pre-Booking Offer”). The first year of the Product warranty will be governed by the corresponding terms and conditions set out on the Platform. The balance three (3) years of the extended Product warranty, shall be provided by ACKO, and will be governed under the terms and conditions communicated by them (“Extended Product Warranty”). You hereby agree and acknowledge that any recourse, disputes, queries, or other clarifications, with respect to the Extended Product Warranty, provided as part of the Pre-Booking Offer, shall lie solely with the warranty provider, and shall not lie with Xiaomi.

14. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, and participating in the pre-booking exercise, and opting for the Pre-Booking Offer, you hereby agree to share and disclose your name, mobile number, and e-mail ID (collectively, “Personal Information”), with Xiaomi. You hereby agree and acknowledge that failure to share whole or part of the requisite Personal Information, may result in a failure in finalization and booking of the Product, and availing of the Pre-Booking Offer.

15. The Personal Information will be collected from you for the purposes mentioned below:

(a) Name, for:

(i) registering you as a participant for the pre-booking exercise, and the Pre-Booking Offer;

(ii) identifying you as a potential customer for the Product;

(iii) contacting you when the Product is available for purchase;

(iv) fulfilling your Product order; and

(v) providing you benefits of the Pre-Booking Offer (including by way of our Extended Warranty partner).

(b) Phone number, for:

(i) registering you as a participant for the pre-booking exercise, and the Pre-Booking Offer;

(ii) identifying you as a potential customer for the Product;

(iii) contacting you when the Product is available for purchase;

(iv) fulfilling your Product order; and

(v) providing you benefits of the Pre-Booking Offer (including by way of our Extended Warranty partner).

(c) E-mail ID, for:

(vi) registering you as a participant for the pre-booking exercise, and the Pre-Booking Offer;

(vii) identifying you as a potential customer for the Product;

(viii) contacting you when the Product is available for purchase;

(ix) fulfilling your Product order; and

(x) providing you benefits of the Pre-Booking Offer (including by way of our Extended Warranty partner).

16. You are not required to provide us all the Personal Information that we seek, however, this could mean that you will not be able to register for pre-booking or the Pre-Booking Offer.

17. Xiaomi may be required to share the aforesaid information with government authorities and agencies for the purposes of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences, or any other legal compliances if required under applicable laws.

18. You hereby grant consent to Xiaomi for the collection, retention, processing and sharing of the details provided by you, including Personal Information, for the purpose of recording and confirming your pre-booking interest, and processing your Pre-Booking Offer. You also permit Xiaomi to share your details including Personal Information for the purpose of contacting you for any other reason related to your order or the Product, and/or to send you other promotional offers.

19. You agree and consent that any and all information submitted by you including but not limited to the Personal Information, may be shared with other third parties engaged by Xiaomi, solely for carrying out any activities pertaining to, or processing of, the pre-booking exercise, or the Pre-Booking Offer.

20. By agreeing to participate in the pre-booking exercise, you consent to, the Outlet and Xiaomi, contacting you to fulfil your order, providing information or notifying you about special offers, or provide any other communication related to your order or the Product, and/or to send you other promotional offers through WhatsApp, SMS and/or email.

21. Xiaomi and the Outlet reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this feature or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

22. Xiaomi and the Outlet disclaims any liability arising out of or relating to your pre-booking of the Product(s).

23. For payment failures, double deductions and any other payment related queries, please contact the Outlet or the Platform, as the case may be.

24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

25. In no event shall Xiaomi or Outlet’s total aggregate liability under any claim made by you under this agreement exceed INR 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only).
