COUPON GIVEAWAYS

  1. This discount scheme (“Scheme”) is run by TVSE Electronics Private Limited (“Seller”).
  2. Participation in this Scheme is open to only those users of mi.com/in, mobile.mi.com (collectively, “Website”) and/or Mi Store India android app (“App”) who qualify as eligible Users under the Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
  3. Participation of the Users in this Scheme is subject to the said Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
  4. Users can collect discount coupons using the “Grab Coupons” option on the “Diwali with Mi” sale page on the Website (mi.com/in) and/or App (Mi Store).
  5. Discount coupons will be available on the Website and App every day from 14th Oct 2017 to 17th Oct 2017 from 10:00 AM onwards till stocks last.
  6. Discount coupons will be valid and redeemable between 10:00 AM on 14th Oct 2017 to 11:59 PM on 17th Oct 2017 and all unused discount coupons shall lapse thereafter.
  7. Discount coupons are limited by quantity and are given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  8. A discount coupon that is successfully collected by a User will be added to such User’s Mi Account within two (2) hours.
  9. Discount coupons collected by Users can only be redeemed on the App for purchase of the products listed under the “Accessories” section.
  10. Discount coupons cannot be clubbed together and only one (1) coupon can be redeemed on each order. If a User has multiple discount coupons, the User can redeem each of such discount coupons on separate orders.
  11. Coupon-related issues can be raised till 6 PM, 17th Oct 2017. Any concerns raised after the said period will not be entertained.
  12. No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires. Discount coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
  13. Seller reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the entire Scheme at any time without any notice and Seller will have no liability in relation thereto.

Additional 4G data on every recharge of ₹309 and above - 10GB

Number of Data Vouchers - One (1) voucher per month from the date of activation till 31 May 2018.

  1. Jio will be providing additional data to the device user for up to 10 recharges.
  2. Scheme Validity: 14th October, 2017 to 31st May 2018. Offer Entitlement: Up to 10 recharges or months from date of activation of offer or 31st May 2018 whichever is earlier.
  3. Number of vouchers to be provided to user will be up to 10 [max].
  4. This scheme is only valid for Mi Max 2 which is purchased on or after 18th Jul 2017.

    Airtel offer on Mi A1 – Terms & Conditions PREPAID CUSTOMERS

Eligibility: Airtel Prepaid customers using Xiaomi’s Mi A1. Non Airtel customers may buy a new Airtel connection to opt for the offer.

  1. Eligible customers can get 20GB extra data per recharge on 10 successive recharges of ₹349 (10 successive recharges or up to 10 months, whichever is earlier).
  2. The open market price point of ₹349 (prices may vary by circle) currently gives 1GB/day and unlimited calling for 28 days (validity of the recharge). The extra 20GB benefit will be over and above this.
  3. The unused data will not be transferred to the next recharge cycle.
  4. To avail the offer, click www.airtel.in/5/info to download MyAirtel App on your Xiaomi handset.
  5. Once downloaded, log on to the App and activate the offer. Once the offer is activated, additional data benefit will be activated for next 10 recharges or 10 months, whichever is earlier.
  6. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the market.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the validity of my ZestMoney credit?

Your ZestMoney credit carries a validity of 90 days from the date of credit approval. In case you are not eligible for a credit limit, we’ll reject your application and you can re-apply after 90 days with updated your employment details and re-submit income proof.

What happens if I don't pay my EMI on time?

It is very important to pay your EMIs on time in order to avoid late payment charges, maintain a good credit rating and avoid any legal action.

Please maintain adequate balance in your bank account (attached with ZestMoney) around the repayment dates. If you know you won't be able to make the payment, please call our helpline on +91-93434 22556 immediately and we will try to help.

If the relevant EMI amount is not paid on each due date, we will charge a missed payment fee of INR 250 and a variable fee calculated as - INR [(Overdue Principal + Overdue Interest) multiply # of Late Days multiply ( Penalty Rate of 1%)], for each date that the payment of the EMI is missed. We may try to debit your bank account at a later stage and on more than one occasion for all or any part of the total amount due.

Please note - Not paying your EMIs on time could result in you getting reported to a Credit Bureau, as per RBI regulations.

What is ZestMoney?

ZestMoney is the fastest way to pay using EMI even if you don’t have a credit card. Using its completely online process you can pay for your entire cart amount in EMIs of your choice. It has one of the highest approval rates and zero pre-closure charges. All you have to do is get your ZestMoney Credit activated and use it to pay for your order.

How can I avail ZestMoney Credit?

Sign in to your Mi account and select ZestMoney credit under ‘MY MI’ section. Get your credit limit by following the process:

  1. Do eKYC using your Aadhaar number
  2. Complete your profile using PAN & employment details
  3. Verify your income using Netbanking.
  4. Setup hassle-free re-payments using a signed NACH mandate.

Your instantly usable credit limit will be displayed after you complete the entire process.

How can I use ZestMoney credit to pay for my Mi order?

Once your credit limit is active, you can follow these two simple steps:

  1. Select “Pay using Cardless EMI” as the payment option during checkout
  2. Accept the agreement and confirm your order

Remember, the order amount needs to be same or less than your approved credit limit.

A down payment may be applicable in some cases and you will be required to pay it to confirm your order.

How long do you take to activate my credit limit?

Your credit limit will be activated after successful verification of the signed NACH. It typically takes us less than 24hrs to verify your NACH.

Can I use ZestMoney credit for multiple transactions?

Yes, you can use your active ZestMoney credit for as many transactions as you want.

Can I use ZestMoney credit to pay for part of my order amount?

No, you can only use ZestMoney credit to pay for the entire order amount.

Is the information I share to avail ZestMoney secure?

What are the eligibility criteria for availing ZestMoney credit?

What is Perfios & why do I need to fill my netbanking details on Perfios?

Perfios (PERsonal FInance One Stop) is a web-based personal finance application, which helps ZestMoney to access your recent bank statements in a safe and secure manner. Perfios does not store your online banking login information - it simply passes your login credentials to your bank via a secure service linking your account. It only extracts your bank statement up to the last 3 months.

My ZestMoney credit application was rejected. What do I do now?

We are sorry that your application was not accepted at this time. We request you to wait for 30 days, after which you can re-apply for ZestMoney credit for a fresh review of your application.

What is NACH?

NACH is a mandate from you, telling your bank to make regular monthly payments on your behalf. Once setup, it is an easy automatic, way to make your EMI re-payments, giving you peace of mind every month.

I don’t remember my Aadhaar number, how do I find it?

If you forgot your Aadhar Number (UID) then please don’t worry. Now you can find your UID number online within few minutes.

Please follow the below steps to find UID Number:

  1. Please go to the Resident Portal of UIDAI by clicking here https://resident.uidai.gov.in/find-uid-eid
  2. Now enter your Full Name, Email or Mobile No in the box
  3. Enter the security code and click on Get OTP button
  4. You will get the OTP on your registered mobile number. Please enter the OTP in the box and click on Verify OTP button.
  5. You will receive your UID Number on your registered mobile number.

I don’t have an Aadhaar number or PAN number, can I avail ZestMoney credit?

Sorry, both Aadhaar & PAN are mandatory to avail ZestMoney credit.

How do I repay my EMI?

As part of the account set up, we ask you to submit your bank details, which we use to create a NACH (ECS) mandate. This mandate allows us to automatically collect the EMI from your bank account every month thus making repayments easy.

Where can I see my EMI due date?

In case you have an existing loan, you can login to https://www.zestmoney.in/ and check Your Accounts. The information is also available on the loan agreement (communicated to you via email) with all the essential details including your payment due date, based on the EMI plan opted by you. Will you send me EMI reminders?

Yes, we will communicate a reminder to you through SMS and email 2-7 days before the payment due date, so that you can ensure sufficient funds are in your bank account.

Are there any penalties for pre-closing my loan with ZestMoney?

All Reward Mi members will be allowed to redeem their Mi Tokens for their desired discounted coupons (₹50, ₹100, ₹200 and ₹500) applicable on all accessories and ₹300 off on Mi Band – HRX Edition.

Bid to Win

  1. Users get a chance to take their favourite Mi products home by placing a lowest unique bid against the desired product. If the bid is unique which means that no other participant has entered the same number and lowest amongst all other bids from other participants, they get to take the product home at their bid price.
  2. Participation in Bid to Win is open to only those users of mi.com/in, mobile.mi.com (collectively, “Website”) and/or Mi Store India android app (“App”) who qualify as eligible Users under the Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
  3. Participation of the Users is subject to the said Terms of Use of the Website and/or App. In every time-slot, a User will have a chance to bid for all three (3) products displayed under the “Bid to Win” section on the Website and App.
  4. The bid entered by a user cannot be a negative value or 0 (zero) and it also cannot be higher than the selling price of the individual product as displayed.
  5. The User with the lowest and unique bid (lowest bid price for the product on offer which no other user has entered) (“Winner”) shall stand a chance to purchase the product on offer at his/her bid price, exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable) subject to these terms and conditions.

  2. Fastest Fingers First sessions will be held at 4 PM every day from Sep 27th – 29th, 2017.
  3. The host of each session will announce the prize first, followed by the question. Users need to act quickly and type their correct answer in the answer box and submit it. First correct answer on host’s chat session will be declared as the winner. Additional 4G data on every recharge of ₹309 and above - 10GB Number of Data Vouchers - One (1) voucher per month from the date of activation till 31 May 2018.

  1. Jio will be providing additional data to the device user for up to 10 recharges.
  2. Scheme Validity: 27th September, 2017 to 31st May 2018. Offer Entitlement: Up to 10 recharges or months from date of activation of offer or 31st May 2018 whichever is earlier.
