b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under

(iii) And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Promoter or any third-party may incur or suffer. Promoter will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.
