(hereinafter referred to as the 'T&C')

1. PROMOTER AND PROMOTION

(a) This "XIAOMI 12.12 Mega Sale 2025" ("Promotion") is organised by by:【Xiaomi Electronics Pte Ltd, with its registered office at 1 Fusionopolis Link #04-02/03 Nexus @ One-North Singapore (138542)】("Promoter" and/or "Xiaomi").

(b) The terms and conditions of this Promotion can be accessed via our website (www.mi.com/sg) or our app (https://www.mi.com/sg/appdownload).

(d) The participation of this Promotion implies both the acceptance of all the provisions of these terms and conditions as well as of the general purchase conditions applicable in mi.com/sg.

2. TERM

This Promotion shall commence on 20:00 on 9 December 2025 and shall end on 23:59 on 19 December 2025 ("Promotional Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotional Period at any time without notice to the Participant.

3. TERRITORY

The Promotion is only valid in Singapore, via mi.com/sg and on our Mi Store app.

4. PARTICIPANTS

(a) This Promotion is available to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above as of 19 December 2025 ("Participant(s)").

(b) Participants must hold an account or be registered users on mi.com ("Site") and consent to mi.com's terms and conditions (https://www.mi.com/sg/support/terms/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (https://www.mi.com/sg/about/privacy/). Alternatively, Participants may create a personal account to engage in this Promotion by furnishing the following personal details: full name, email address, postal address, and contact number.

(c) Employees of Promoter, their immediate families, Xiaomi’s dealers, partners, advertising, creative and public relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families is not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

(d) By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions by the Promoter shall be final and binding. For avoidance of any doubt, the Promoter’s decisions are final and that no appeals shall be entertained and/or allowed. By participating in this Promotion, Participants hereby agrees to not resort to court proceedings to review or appeal Promoter’s decision.

5. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

(a) Participants can access the promotional page via the following link (https://www.mi.com/sg/event/double-12). During the Promotional Period, Participants shall be able to enjoy the following three (3) promotions, subject to these terms and conditions.

(i) HOT DEALS: Subject to Section 6 of these terms and conditions, Participants are able to obtain a reduction in price upon purchasing selected Xiaomi products.

(ii) SPECIAL DEAL: Subject to Section 7 of these terms and conditions, Participants who purchase selected Xiaomi products through our official website will receive a discount coupon for selected Xiaomi products at checkout.

(iii) NEW USER EXCLUSIVE COUPON: Subject to Section 8 of these terms and conditions, new users shall be eligible in receiving exclusive coupons upon registration.

(b) Please note that this Promotion is on first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. This Promotion will only be valid during the Promotional Period and shall be subject to the terms and conditions herein.

6. HOT DEALS

(a) During the period between 20:00 on 9 December 2025 and 23:59 on 19 December 2025, Participants shall be able to purchase selected Xiaomi products (kindly refer to our table below) at a discounted price. These discounts will be applied to the Participant final purchase price when the Participant proceed to payment for the eligible products.

(b) Purchases of selected Xiaomi products are also eligible for selected free gift. All discounts and free gifts will only be valid on first-come-first served basis, while stocks last.

(c) Promoter reserves all rights in its sole discretion, without prior notification, to substitute any gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value.

(d) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or item and are non-transferable.

(e) All free gifts available for this Promotion is not covered by warranty of Xiaomi.

(f) Promoter and/or Xiaomi assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the free gift or the nature/consumption of the free gift and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

7. SPECIAL DEAL

To be eligible to recieve and use selected discount coupons, Participant shall complete the following steps: -

Add selected Xiaomi products to cart and get direct discounts: -

• Purchase selected Xiaomi smartphone and tablet and be eligible to enjoy tiered discounts: spend a minimum of SGD 100 to get SGD 15 off and SGD 200 to get SGD 30 off.

• Purchase selected Xiaomi AIoT products and enjoy tiered discounts: spend a minimum of SGD 100 to get SGD 15 off, SGD 200 to get SGD 30 off and SGD 300 to get SGD 45 off.

Please note that this discount coupon shall be applicable to only applies to select items.

8. NEW USER EXCLUSIVE COUPONS

(a) New MI account user who has completed the registration within the Promotional Period via our Site shall receive a welcome coupon package containing the following four (4) exclusive coupons:

(i) A 10% off coupon with a maximum discount is SGD 30.

(ii) A 5% off coupon with a maximum discount is SGD 25.

(iii) Spend a minimum value of SGD 100 and get SGD 10 off coupon;

(iv) Spend a minimum value of SGD 200 and get SGD 20 off coupon;

(b) Please note that the above coupons shall be applicable to only applies to selected products.

(c) Please note that discounts can be applied in conjunction with other discounts or coupons simultaneously, but coupons cannot be used together with other coupons.

(d) Please note that the value of the coupons may vary for different products. The actual discounted value will be displayed on the product pages.

(e) Please note that all coupons are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

10. PRICE

All the prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and are GST inclusive.

11. PERSONAL DATA

(a) Participants in this Promotion consent to provide the Promoter with the following personal information: full name and postal address, solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/sg/about/privacy/. The Participant agrees that the Promoter and/or Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.

(b) Participant agrees and provides consent to the Promoter and/or Xiaomi to the use of any personal data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Promoter and/or Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.

12. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

12.1 PROMOTER REPRESENTATION

(a) Unless otherwise expressly stated in this terms and conditions, Promoter and its affiliated or third-party promoters shall carry out this Promotion on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Promoter and its affiliated or third-party promoters do not warrant or represent that: - (i) This Promotion is fit for any purpose or meet Participants requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Promotion in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be; (ii) This Promotion is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay; (iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Promoter or as a result of Participants taking part in the Promotion (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and (iv) That any deficiencies in the Promotion, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Promotion will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.

(b) Participants shall accept the prizes, gifts or coupons under this Promotion as they are. Promoter makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, gifts or coupons under this Promotion. Promoter assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes, gifts or coupons or the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

(c) Promoter assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons.

12.2 PROMOTER LIABILITY

(a) Promoter is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Promotion for: - (i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; (ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect); (iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect); (iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participants) in the Promotion; and (v) Access to Participants (account and account data or Participants registration data) taking part of the Promotion, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of this Promotion (or any part of them).

(b) The Promoter shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

(c) The Participant agrees to discharge and release Promoter and/or Xiaomi from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in this Promotion or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

(d) The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in this Promotion or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

(e) By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Promoter and/or Xiaomi, their group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Promoter and/or Xiaomi due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.

(f) The Promoter reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any of the stated terms and conditions at any time without notice. Participants are encouraged to check from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes made to the stated terms and conditions.

12.3 PARTICIPANTS LIABILITY

(a) The Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under: - (i) These terms and conditions; and (ii) For the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Promoter or any third-party may incur or suffer. Promoter will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.

(b) If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Promoters reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under full extent of applicable laws.

(c) In the event any prizes, gift or coupons are being awarded to the Participant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, the Promoter shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes, gift or coupons.

13. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
