Xiaomi reserves the right to only accept accurate and objective comments, reviews related to the technical functionality and/or objective characteristics of official Xiaomi Products whose purchase were made on mi.com and/or through any other official channels including Mi shops. Upon submitting your comments, reviews of Xiaomi Products, a proof of purchase may be requested at any time by Xiaomi before publishing your comments and/or reviews.
Feedback time window:
Initial feedback: Within 30 days after the items in orders are successfully delivered, users can comment on the items in the orders once (each item can only be commented on once)
Additional comment: After initial comments are completed, and within 60 days after the items in orders are well delivered, users can make additional comments on the items in the order (if there is no main comment, there will be no additional comment entry)

Comment deletion:
My order > Review > Reviewed
Select comments and click delete. Once the deletion is confirmed, it cannot be undone.
Additional comments cannot be deleted separately, they must be deleted together with the main comments
Once comments have been successfully submitted, they cannot be changed. They can only be deleted in the commented item list.
If there are additional comments, they will be deleted simultaneously
Xiaomi reserves the right to take any of the following actions, in Xiaomi’s sole unfettered discretion, at any time, and for any reason, without providing any prior notice:
a. Refuse or remove any comments and/or reviews posted on, submitted to or communicated, and
b. Deactivate or delete your registered Mi account or other information associated with you if you violate this terms and conditions once or repeatedly,
You agree that, when using or accessing the Site, Services or any other interactive platforms which belong to Xiaomi Group, you will not,
a. Violate any applicable law or regulation;
b. Interfere with or damage the Site, transmit or introduce to the Site or to other users thereof any viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, flood pings, denial of service attacks, or any other harmful code or processes;
c. Infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or contractual rights;
d. Transmit or submit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene, indecent, vulgar, lewd, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable content or material;
e. Transmit or submit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam;
f. Stalk or harass any user or visitor to the Site; or
g. Use the content, material or information available on the Site for any improper purpose.
You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for any comments, reviews, you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available to others using the Site, Services or any other interactive platform which belong to Xiaomi Group.
Tips for writing a good review
- Evaluate the product from 1 to 5 stars (5 stars = Excellent)
- Write about what most catches your attention and a detailed description
- Upload photos taken with or from your device
- You are free to choose if you want your opinion to be anonymous or not
