GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE MI POINTS PROGRAMME

This loyalty Mi Points programme (“Programme”) is to reward the loyalty of Xiaomi customers in Singapore. This Programme offers participants the opportunity to earn and redeem Mi Points in 【Singapore】.

The operator for this Programme in [Singapore] is [Xiaomi Electronics Pte Ltd] with a registered address of (1 Fusionopolis Link #04-02/03 Nexus @ One-North Singapore (138542)) ("Operator").

The Operator reserves the sole discretion, on certain occasions, to administer this Programme or parts of it in collaboration with affiliated or third-party operators, as duly communicated by the Operator in advance.

These Mi Points General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply unconditionally and exclusively to all participants. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, introduce special or supplementary Terms and Conditions at any time (e.g., for specific promotions within the Programme).

The use of mi.com, including its review section, as well as external social media platforms and any third-party websites or services, is governed by their respective and independent Terms of Use as well as Terms and Conditions.

1. PARTICIPATION

1.1 ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for participation is limited to natural persons, of legal age, who are residents in Singapore and have an active mi.com account ("Participants"). The Operator may refuse admission to the Programme without giving a reason. In case of minors, you must be accompanied by your legal guardian to read and accept these Terms.

1.2 COMMENCEMENT

Participation in the Programme is voluntary and begins with the registration of a mi.com account via our Singapore mi.com website or via the Mi Store App. Participants who are already registered on mi.com will be automatically enrolled in the Programme, while maintaining their voluntary participation. Each Participant is limited to a single mi.com account and Mi Points account as multiple accounts are not permitted.

2. MI POINTS

2.1 GENERAL

Mi Points are the basis of the Programme and will be credited for qualifying activities to Participants personal mi.com account. Mi Points can be used only for the purposes specified in these Terms or any special or supplementary Terms and Conditions as published by the Operator.

Mi Points and mi.com accounts cannot be transferred to any third party. The direct or indirect sale, exchange, unauthorized use, offer (for auction) or any transfer of Mi Points is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination/deactivation of the mi.com account and/or Mi Points.

2.2 MI POINTS BALANCE

Participants may access and view their Mi Points balance from their personal mi.com account and via the Mi Store App (Mi Point Center) under the “Available Mi Points” section. In addition, Participants may receive a notification about their Mi Points balance via e-mail or other way of communication.

2.3 EARNING MI POINTS

2.3.1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Participants can begin earning Mi Points only after successfully registering a mi.com account. Mi Points can be earned exclusively while logged into their mi.com account or the Mi Store App at the time of purchase.

2.3.2 PURCHASES

Participants can earn Mi Points for each purchase made on the Singapore mi.com website. Each 1 Mi Point corresponds to 1 SGD (or as otherwise specified, whether temporarily or indefinitely, by the Operator through the Mi Store App). Mi Points are calculated based on the total amount spent as stated on the invoice, including handling and shipping costs. If the total amount includes a decimal value, the earned Mi Points will be rounded as follows: amounts of .50 or higher will be rounded up, while amounts of .49 or lower will be rounded down.

Participants must be logged in into their mi.com account while doing and finalizing the purchase.

2.3.3 PARTICIPANT INTERACTIONS

Participants may earn Mi Points via interaction as described below: -

2.3.3.1 Enrolling

Participants who register and open a mi.com account via the Singapore mi.com website and download the Mi Store App will earn the following amount of Mi Points: - (i) Register at mi.com100 Mi Points (ii) Download and log in in the Mi Store App – 150 Mi Points The Mi Points rewarded to the Participants for enrolling are only granted for one single time (for registering on mi.com and for download/log in of the Mi Store App). Already registered Participants of mi.com and Participants which have already downloaded the Mi Store App, will also be granted the enrolling bonus as described above by activating this task in their mi.com account.

2.3.3.2 Share Content

Participants can earn 20 Mi Points each time they share product links from mi.com or the Mi Store App on their social media accounts. To be eligible, Participants must be logged onto their mi.com account or signed in with their mi.com credentials on the Mi Store App. Participants must also use the official “Share” button or “pop-up” feature on mi.com or the Mi Store App and follow the provided instructions to ensure the Operator can track the sharing activity and subsequently credit the Mi Points to the Participants.

Earning Mi Points through sharing is limited to 3 times per calendar month per Participant. Please note that additional terms and conditions of the respective social media platforms may apply.

2.3.3.3Product Reviews

Participants can earn Mi Points by publishing product reviews on mi.com. To qualify for earning Mi Points, Participants must: (i) Be logged into their mi.com account while submitting the review (ii) Ensure the review complies with the Terms of Use of mi.com’s review section and (iii) Have their review approved and published by the owner of mi.com. The following amount of Mi Points may be earned per product review: -

Review with text only = 10 Mi Points Review with text and at least one (1) related image = 20 Mi Points Review with text or image and a video = 30 Mi Points

APP product review with text only= 10 Mi Points

APP product review with picture = 20 Mi Points APP product review with video =30 Mi Points

Moreover, only reviews for products actually bought on mi.com are eligible to receive the Mi Points. Should a review be deleted, the Operator reserved the right to withdraw the earned Mi Points at its sole discretion.

Participants may submit more than 1 review for the same product; however, only the first review will qualify for earning Mi Points, even if the initial review has been deleted/removed by the Participant.

2.3.3.4 Collect Fuels

Participants can earn Mi Points by collecting fuels, which are interactive buttons within the Mi Store App ("Fuel"). By clicking (collecting) the Fuel button each day, Participants can earn 20 Mi Points per day. If a Participant collects Fuels for 7 consecutive days, they will receive an additional bonus of 50 Mi Points. Once the seven-day streak is achieved, the collection cycle resets, allowing the Participant to start a new streak the following day. If a Participant misses a day of collecting Fuels, the streak will reset, and the collection period will begin again from the next day the Participant starts collecting Fuels.

2.3.3.5 Browse pages

Participants can complete the task by browsing page on mi.com or the Mi Store APP interface. Participants can earn 10 Mi Points by completing a specified page for at least 15 seconds and meeting the relevant requirements. Earning Mi Points by browsing the page is limited to 3 times per calendar month for each Participant.

2.3.3.6 Watch video

Participants can complete the task by watching a specified video on mi.com or Mi Store APP interface and meet the requirements to earn 30 Mi Points. Earning Mi Points by watching the video is limited to 3 times per calendar month for each Participant.

2.3.3.7 Other ways

Participants may earn Mi Points in other ways as published by the Operator from time to time. Special Terms and Conditions for those may apply in addition to the Terms.

2.4 CREDITING OF MI POINTS

Mi Points will only be credited if the participant complies with the Terms. All qualifying Mi Points will be automatically credited to the Participant's mi.com account or Mi Points Center within 16 days of the qualifying earning.

In case qualifying Mi Points are not credited automatically, the Participant has the right to claim for missing Mi Points via e-mail at service.sg@support.mi.com.

Should the Participant return a purchased product, or withdraw from the purchase, or withdraw/delete his sharing of content or product review or conduct any action which in the sole view of the Operator constitute a breach of the Terms or qualifying earning, the Operator reserves the right to withhold or deduct Mi Points from the Participants Mi Point balance at any time.

2.5 REDEEM MI POINTS

2.5.1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Participants may redeem their Mi Points once they have accumulated a sufficient balance. Redemption offers (e.g., discount vouchers) and the corresponding Mi Points required for each offer are listed in the Mi Points Center. The availability of redemption offers may vary over time and may also be personalized at the sole discretion of the Operator.

The conversion of Mi Points into cash is not possible. In addition, the sale, exchange, offer (for auction) or any other transfer of redeem offers to any third party is prohibited.

2.5.2 DISCOUNT VOUCHER

Discount vouchers for future purchases, applicable on the Singapore mi.com website, are available as redemption offers for a specified amount of Mi Points ("Discount Voucher"). The number of Mi Points required for redemption is as published at the time of redemption.

Participants who obtain and use a Discount Voucher may reduce the amount of one or more future purchases by the value specified on the Discount Voucher. Discount Vouchers may be subject to certain conditions, including restrictions on product categories, minimum purchase amounts, or other special terms as indicated on the Discount Voucher.

Discount Vouchers shall not be applicable on shipping or handling fees and cannot be combined for use on a single purchase.

2.5.3 OTHER REDEEM OFFERS

Participants may redeem their Mi Points for other redeemable offers as published from time to time by the Operator. Special or supplementary terms and conditions may apply to those other redeemable offers.

2.5.4 DISCOUNTING PURCHASES

Participants may redeem their Mi Points to enjoy discount on their purchases on www.mi.com/sg (or via the MI APP). In general, all products available for purchase are eligible to be discounted by Mi Points. However, the Operator may, from time to time, exclude certain products or suspend the ability to redeem Mi Points for discounts on purchases. Shipping and delivery fees are excluded from any discounting opportunities.

Unless otherwise stated by the Operator, the exchange rate for Mi Point is as follows: - 1 Mi Point = 0.1SGD

The minimum number of Mi Points a Participant must have to enable discounts on purchases is 1 Mi Point. Once discounting is enabled, Participants may use a minimum of 1 Mi Point for each respective purchase order. If a Participant’s Mi Points balance falls below 1 after initially enabling discount purchases, the discounting option will be disabled until the Participant’s balance reaches 1 Mi Point again.

The maximum Mi Points amount to discount a purchase is as following:

Unless otherwise stated by the Operator, Participants with more than 1 Mi Points at the time of purchase may discount up to 4 % of the total purchase order amount (after a potential rebate/coupon discount). Should due to this calculation the purchase order amount which can be discounted have a decimal place the amount of Mi Points will be rounded up or down to a full number.

If Participants choose to discount a purchase order, the amount of discount to such purchase order will be displayed at the checkout page by Operator. Should Participants choose to discount a purchase order, such discount will be automatically applied to the total amount due. The Mi Points used will then be deducted from the Participants Mi Points account after the purchase is made and confirmed.

Should a Participant purchase more than 1 product and apply the Mi Points for a discount of the total order, such discount will automatically be allocated proportionally (according to the contribution percentage of the single products to the total order amount) to all products purchased. In case of: - (i) order cancellation by the Participant or the Operator; or (ii) whole or partial return of the order. the Mi Points will be credited back after a reasonable period to the Participants Mi Points account. In case only parts of an order are returned or cancelled, only those Mi Points for such returned or cancelled parts will be returned.

Notwithstanding anything contrary and for clarification purposes, Participant has no right to claim any pay out of the cash value of the Mi Points.

2.6 EXPIRATION OF MI POINTS AND REDEMPTIONS

2.6.1 EXPIRATION OF MI POINTS

Any Mi Points that are older than 12 months from the date of credit will be forfeited on the first day of the month following the 12-month period, unless a longer expiry period is specified by the Operator. The date and amount of expired Mi Points will be notified via push notification and/or message in the Mi Points Center on the 1st day of each month. For example, Mi Points earned in January 2024 will expire on 1 February 2025, with the notification being sent on 1 January 2025.

The Operator has the final right to interpret and amend the rules for clearance and expiration of the Mi Points.

2.6.2 EXPIRATIONS OF REDEMPTIONS

In case of Discount Vouchers, the date of the expiry shall be as indicated in the Mi Point Center or the terms and conditions of the Discount Voucher.

For any other redemptions, the expiry period of the redemption (if applicable according to the nature of the redemption) shall be as indicated in the Mi Point Center.

3. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONSEQUENCES

3.1 TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION BY PARTICIPANT

Participant may terminate the participation by terminating the mi.com account at any time without notice.

3.2 TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION BY OPERATOR

Operator may terminate this Programme or the participation of a Participant without stating reasons for doing so with a termination period of 30 days.

3.3 MATERIAL BREACH / EXTRAORDINARY TERMINATION

Extraordinary termination with no notice period may occur in the event of a material breach, misuse of the Programme (including Mi Points and Redemptions), or for good cause, which may also result in exclusion from future participation in the Programme. Good cause is defined as a serious and culpable violation of these Terms by the Participant.

3.4 BLOCKING/FREEZING OF ACCOUNTS AND MI POINT BALANCE

The Operator has the right to block or freeze a Participant’s mi.com account and Mi Point Balance/Center in the event of, or suspicion of, misuse, material breach, or good cause. The block or freeze may remain in effect for a period necessary to properly investigate the circumstances of the case.

3.5 MI POINTS AND REDEMPTIONS IN CASE OF TERMINATION

In the event of a proper termination of the mi.com account by the Participant, Mi Points and redemptions will remain valid until the account is officially closed or the Mi Points/redemptions are forfeited or expire, whichever occurs first.

In the event of termination by the Operator, Mi Points and Redemptions will remain valid until the relevant mi.com account is closed or the Mi Points/Redemptions are forfeited or expire, whichever occurs first.

In the event of a material breach or extraordinary termination by the Operator, Mi Points and Redemptions will automatically expire on the effective date of termination.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAMME

The Operator reserve the exclusive right to make any change, modification or additions to the Terms, the Programme itself and/or parts thereof, at any time provided that the Operator has announced such on its own channels and platforms at least 30 days in advance. If a Participant rejects the change, modification or addition, then his participation may be terminated by means of ordinary termination.

5. PROGRAMME TERMINATION

The Operator reserves the right to discontinue the Programme at any time, with 90 days' prior notice to Participants, to allow for proper termination of participation. The same applies if the Programme is replaced by another programme.

6. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

6.1 OPERATOR REPRESENTATION

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS TERMS, OPERATOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND/OR LICENSORS PROVIDE THE PROGRAMME ON BEST EFFORT BASIS ONLY AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIED. IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, OPERATOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND/OR LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT:

(i) THE PROGRAMME IS FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE OR MEET PARTICIPANTS REQUIREMENTS OR IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY ERRORS OR DEFICIENCIES OR THAT THE PROGRAMME IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANY QUALITY LEVELS, AS THE CASE MAY BE;

(ii) THE PROGRAMME IS AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPANT AT ANY TIME AND PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANT WITHOUT DISRUPTION, INTERRUPTION OR DELAY;

(iii) ANY INFORMATION (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OBTAINED BY PARTICIPANT FROM OPERATOR OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPANTS USE OF THE PROGRAMME (INCLUDING ANY MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS) WILL BE SUITABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; AND

(iv) THAT ANY DEFICIENCIES IN THE PROGRAMME, INCLUDING ANY DEFECTS IN PERFORMANCE, OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PROGRAMME OR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANT AS PART OF THE PROGRAMME WILL BE FIXED, CORRECTED OR OTHERWISE REMEDIED.

ANY DOCUMENTS OR MATERIAL (INCLUDING ANY SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE UPDATES) DOWNLOADED, INSTALLED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAMME ARE PROVIDED BY OPERATOR "AS IS" AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. OPERATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR DEVICE’S SOFTWARE OR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT IS CAUSED BY OR RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE OF ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS AND/OR MATERIAL.

6.2 OPERATOR LIABILITY

OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE TO PARTICIPANT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL GROUNDS, IN PARTICULAR WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, IN OR OUT OF THE CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PROGRAMME, FOR:

(i) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;

(ii) ANY LOSS OF INCOME, BUSINESS, ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT);

(iii) ANY DAMAGE TO AND/OR CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT);

(iv) ANY CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS OR LIMITATIONS (INCLUDING ANY SUSPENSION OF PARTICIPANTS USE OF THE PROGRAMME, ACCESS TO PARTICIPANTS ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT DATA OR PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION DATA) TO THE PROGRAMME, OR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF THE PROGRAMME (OR ANY PART OF THEM). IN THE EVENT THAT OPERATOR IS LIABLE FOR A BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OPERATORS LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO DAMAGES WHICH OPERATOR MUST TYPICALLY EXPECT AT THE TIME OF THE CONCLUSION OF THIS TERMS DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES KNOWN AT THE TIME. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, SUCH DAMAGES SHALL NOT BE HIGHER THAN 100 EUR (OR EQUAVALENT TO LOCAL CURRENCY).

6.3 PARTICIPANTS LIABILITY

PARTICIPANT IS ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREACH OF THE OBLIGATIONS UNDER

(i) THESE TERMS;

(ii) ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION IN THE RELEVANT JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU ARE A RESIDENT OR FROM WHERE YOU ARE USING THE PROGRAMME; AND

(iii) FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY SUCH BREACH, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH OPERATOR OR ANY THIRD PARTY MAY INCUR OR SUFFER. OPERATOR WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY TO PARTICIPANT OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY IN RESPECT OF SUCH BREACH.

7. ASSIGNMENT

Operator may assign at any time and without any liability or prior notice the Programme or parts thereof to any affiliate or third-party.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data of the Participants will be collected, processed, transferred and used for the operation of this Programme. Further information relating to the handling of data can be found at mi.com and the Privacy Policy of mi.com shall apply for this Programme. The handling of personal data of any external third-party website or social media channel is up to the privacy policy of this website or social media channel.

By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/sg/about/privacy. The Participant agrees that Operator and/or Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Programme.

Participant agrees and provides consent to the Operator and/or Xiaomi to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Programme in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Operator and/or Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Programme including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Programme.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The Terms of this Programme shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Operator is not obliged to take part in arbitration proceedings.

10. VERSION AND VALIDITY

By participating in this Programme, Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Operator’s decisions are final and binding. Operator’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. Participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review Operator’s decision. These Terms are valid from 23rd December 2025 and until these Terms are replaced by a newer version according to the Terms.
