1. ACTIVITY ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZERS

This terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") regulate the IMEI Redemption Activity (hereinafter the "Activity") which is organized by Xiaomi Electronics Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Xiaomi”, “We”, or the “Organizer”) a company with its registered office at 1 Fusionopolis Link #04-02/03 Nexus @ One-North Singapore (138542). If any participant has any enquiries about the Terms or rules of this Activity, please contact the Organizer via the following methods: -

This Activity is regulated by these Terms. By participating in the Activity, the participant are hereby accepting (i) the Activity’s present Terms and Conditions https://www.mi.com/sg/support/terms/terms-of-use/as well as (ii) Xiaomi’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on mi.com https://www.mi.com/sg/about/privacy/.

2. TERRITORY

The Activity is held and only valid in Singapore ("Territory").

3. PARTICIPANT’S QUALIFICATION

This Campaign is open to all individuals who are residents in Singapore, and aged 18 years old and above as of 15 February 2025 (“Participant(s)”). Every Participant must have a Mi account to participate in this Activity. Participants who do not have a Mi account will need to first register an account.

4. TERM

This Activity shall commence on 15 February 2025 and end on 31 December 2025 at 23:59pm. Organizer reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Activity term at any time without notice to Participant.

5. REDEMPTION PRODUCT LIST

For redemption process, Participants should purchase Xiaomi smartphones or eco products (“Product(s)”) shown in the Product List below.

6. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

6.1 To participate in this Activity, Participants must purchase the specified Products as displayed in the Product list as set out in paragraph 5 of this Terms from selected participating authorized Xiaomi channels. Upon purchasing the Products, Participants can only commence the product activation upon 7 days of the purchase. If the Participant return any of the Products under paragraph 5, the Participant shall automatically lose the qualification to participate in this Activity.

6.2 The Participant shall sign in using their Mi account via mi.com to access the redemption page (https://www.mi.com/sg/imei-redemption). Participants should fill in the relevant information including product name, purchase channel, IMEI or SN number and email for submission. Please note that you should enter the IMEI number if you purchase any of our smartphone products and SN number if you purchase any of the AIOT products. You can find your IMEI number by dialling and entering *#06#.

6.3 You can find IMEI or SN number on the code sticker on the back of device or the packaging box.

6.4 Each IMEI/SN number can only be used to participate in this Activity once. Participants who have multiple IMEI/SN numbers for the Product can participate multiple times using each of them.

6.5 Once you meet the relevant qualifications, the Organizer will send you an email with the promotional coupon information ("Coupon").

6.6 Submissions will be reviewed by the Organizer. Please note that your submission may not satisfy our review unless all required materials are correctly filled in or uploaded. If the qualification review has failed due to your own omission, it will be considered that you have voluntarily withdrawn from participating. Participants who fail the qualification review are not entitled to request an extension of the Activity, participation in the Activity, or any other form of Activity reward. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the Activity.

6.7 Participants who purchased the Product within the specified time but fail to complete the submission successfully within the Activity deadline will be deemed to have automatically waived their qualification to participate in this Activity and shall have no other right of extending or participation.

6.8 All Coupons are offered on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.

6.9 All Coupons are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable. This Activity is valid until 31 December 2025 at 23:59 pm. Any Coupons which are not used before the validity period shall cease to have any effect. The Coupons are non-transferable and may not be resold. If you violate any of these terms, the Coupon will be invalid.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

7.1 Advertising service providers, dealers and any other third party related to the management or organization of the Activity are not allowed to participate in the Activity.

7.2 Participant is only able to join each Activity once using one IMEI/SN number related to one product. If the IMEI/SN is reused, the participation qualification will be automatically cancelled without any prior notice.

7.3 The same IMEI/SN number can only participate in one IMEI/SN redemption activity.

7.4 Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Activity and the Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website of Xiaomi (mi.com) without any prior notice. If you violate the Terms and the rules of the Activity, the Organizer may cancel your participation qualification.

7.5 The Participants should participate in the Activity by themselves and should not entrust any third party to participate or receive the gifts on their behalf. If the information uploaded by consumers is identified as a distributor or a retailer, the Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the reward.

7.6 Participants guarantee that all the information filled in or submitted is true and correct, and that no information of any third party has been used or misappropriated, otherwise the Organizer has the right to ask the Participant to show the relevant certificates to prove that he/she is the consumer himself/herself, or the Organizer has the right to cancel his/her qualification.

7.7 If you fail to pass the qualification review, you should contact customer service for inquiries or appeal within 7 working days after receiving the failure notice. If you exceed the time limit, the review result will be deemed to be accepted by you and will not be processed.

7.8 Organizer will notify you of the review result by the email you filled in. If you do not receive a notification related to the Activity, please contact customer service of the Activity you participate in.

7.9 The Organizer is not responsible for and do not compensate any delay, loss, error, unrecognizable or damage to the information sent or registered by Participants due to computer, network, telephone, technology or any other reason not attributable to the Organizer.

7.10 If any Participant has any dishonest and malicious behaviour, including misleading behavior, (such as making the Organizer suspects that the account is suspected of improperly registering and using the account or participating in Activities; making the Organizer make a wrong judgment on your qualifications, etc.), improper behaviour (such as malicious registration, batch registration of multiple accounts that are obviously unreasonable, etc.; use of non-human means or other improper auxiliary means to obtain Activity rewards, etc.), fraud or coercive means (such as concealing acquisition Activities reward, etc.), or in violation of any applicable legal requirements, for anyone who participates in the Activity through improper means or makes the Organizer reasonably suspect that you are participating in this Activity through improper means, the Organizer has the right, without any prior notice, to disqualify the participant from participating in the Activity and any other mi.com Activity immediately and automatically. The Organizer reserves the right to judge the aforementioned improper participation in the Activity. At the same time, the Organizer reserves the right to freeze the aforementioned maliciously registered and used accounts.

7.11 In the event any prizes or gift are being awarded to the Participant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes or gift.

7.12 Participants shall accept the prizes, gifts or coupons under this Activity as they are. Organizer makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, gifts or coupons under this Activity. Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes, gifts or Activity or the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

7.13 Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons.

7.14 Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Activity or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

7.15 The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer and/or Xiaomi from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Activity or to the Participant’s entry in this Activity or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

7.16 The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Activity from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Activity or to the Participant’s entry in this Activity or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or coupons.

6717 By entering into this Activity, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and/or Xiaomi, their group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer and/or Xiaomi due to or in any way arising from this Activity.

7.18 If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Activity, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under full extent of applicable laws.

7.19 By participating in this Activity, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. Organizer’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. Participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review Organizer’s decision.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1 We attach great importance to your privacy and is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. The Organizer strictly complies with all applicable laws and privacy policies for processing your personal information.

8.2 By entering this Activity, the Participant agrees and provides consent to the Organizer and/or Xiaomi to the use of any personal data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Activity in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer and/or Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Activity including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Activity.

8.3 By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/sg/support/policy/privacy The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Activity.

8.4 For the purpose of distributing the reward to you, providing you with the service and sending the notices of mi.com to you, the Organizer will act as the data controller and may collect personal information and the device information (Mi ID, IMEI/SN number, product name, purchase channel, email address) from you to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity, like qualification review, delivery of rewards, etc.. The Organizer will only share your information for legitimate, specific, necessary and explicit purposes. You can also choose not to provide personal information, but your participation or eligibility to qualify for rewards may be forfeited due to incomplete procedures.

9. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions of this Activity shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
