2026 Xiaomi Fan Festival TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER
1.1. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) regulate the rules for participating in the “【Xiaomi Fan Festival Event】” (hereinafter, the “Activity”) , which provides a variety of promotions for eligible Participants.
1.2. The Activity is organised by: Xiaomi Electronics Pte Ltd, with its registered office at 1 Fusionopolis Link #04-02/03 Nexus @ One-North Singapore (138542) hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.3. Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.
1.4.For any questions regarding the Activity, Participants may contact the Organizer at https://www.mi.com/sg/support/service-centre/. (hereinafter, the “Activity Contact”).
ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY’S RULES
2.1. By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts (i) these Terms and (ii) Xiaomi’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at:https://www.mi.com/sg/support/terms-policy/
2.2. The Participant fully understands and acknowledges that the external social media platforms used in connection with the Activity, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Activity and are not associated with its organization or management in any manner. The Participant further acknowledges and accepts that the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of the aforementioned platforms, as well as those of any third party involved in the Activity, apply in addition to these Terms.
PLATFORM
3.1. This Activity is primarily an online event which is only accessible through mi.com/sg/event/march-2026 and the Mi Store APP.
PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY
4.1. To participate in the Activity, the Participant must:
Be of legal age and possess legal capacity according to the laws of [Singapore], and
Meet any additional eligibility requirements under the Participant’s place of residence. (hereinafter the “Participant(s)” or “You”).
4.2. The Participant must provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in the Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Participant who provides inaccurate or erroneous information without prior notice or explanation.
4.3. The Organizer does not provide insurance for illness, accident, injury, death, or any loss or damage that may occur in connection with participation in the Activity. The Participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage.
4.4. Upon request, the Participant must be able to demonstrate, within a reasonable period, that they meet the eligibility criteria specified in these Terms.
4.5. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, or any company involved in organizing or managing the Activity, as well as their family members up to the second degree, are not eligible to participate.
TERM
5.1. The Activity will take place during the following period (hereinafter, collectively, the “Activity Period”):
Pre-Heating Event Start: 1 April 2026 at 10:00 (GMT+8) Pre-Heating Event End: 3 April 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8)
Xiaomi Fan Festival Start: 4 April 2026 at 00:00(GMT+8) Xiaomi Fan Festival End: 20 April 2026 at 23:59(GMT+8)
5.2. Participation is only valid within the Activity Period and exclusively at mi.com/sg and Mi Store App listed in Clause 3.1. Any attempts to participate before or after the Activity Period, or outside the specified platform, will be considered invalid.
PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
Activity A – PRICE REDUCTION
6.1.1. The price reduction activity will take place during the following period :

Participants will obtain the following price reductions upon the purchase of the selected Xiaomi products as listed below. This discount will automatically be applied to Participants' final purchase price when proceeding to the payment of the eligible products placed in Participants' purchase cart. Among these, although channel-exclusive products are offered at 0% discount, such products themselves are offered as part of the Activity.
The promotions on these price reduction deals will be on a first come first served basis and are only available while stocks last. Please, take note of the number of products available as follows:

Activity B – FREE GIFTS
6.2.1. The free gifts activity will take place during the following period :

6.2.2. Participants who purchase the selected Xiaomi products as set out in the table below and automatically receive a selected free gift. These gifts will only be available while stocks last. Please take note of the quantity of product as specified below :

6.2.3. Organiser reserves all rights in its sole discretion, without prior notification, to substitute any gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value.
6.2.4. All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.
6.2.5. All free gifts available for this Activity is not covered by warranty of Xiaomi.
6.2.6. Organiser and/or Xiaomi assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the free gift or the nature/consumption of the free gift and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
6.2.7. In the event where any product purchased is allowed to be returned by the Participant to Organiser according to Xiaomi’s standard return policy, free gifts and/or prizes given together with product purchased must also be returned to Organiser together.
6.3 Activity C – MI POINTS
6.3.1 The Mi Points activity will take place during the following period :
Pre-Heating Event Start: 1 April 2026 at 10:00 (GMT+8) Pre-Heating Event End: 3 April 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8)
6.3.2 During the above period, checking in on this Activity page on the Mi App for three (3) consecutive days shall entitle participants to accumulate and claim 150 points.
6.3.3 During the pre-heating event period, the Mi Points Voucher Redemption for designated products (POCO M8 5G, POCO M8 Pro 5G, POCO F8 Ultra, POCO F8 Pro, POCO M7, POCO C85, POCO Pad X1, and POCO Pad M1) will be launched. Participants may redeem 50 Mi Points to obtain a 10% discount voucher applicable to these products.
6.4 Activity D – COUPON
6.4.1. The coupon activity will take place during the following period :

6.4.2. During the above activity period, each Participant may claim the following coupon with a maximum of one (1) coupon per type per person:

6.4.3. In the event that a Participant cancels an order or refuses delivery of an order placed using a coupon, the coupon will be refunded to your account upon successful processing of the order refund.
6.4.4. All coupons are offered on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
6.4.5. All coupons must be redeemed by 20 Apirl 2026. Any coupons not redeemed by 20 April 2026 will automatically be forfeited and cease to have any effect.
6.4.6. All coupons must be spent by 20 April 2026 and is valid for one time use only. Any coupons not redeemed by 20 April 2026 will automatically be forfeited and cease to have any effect.
6.4.7. All coupons are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS
8.1. Assignment of participants intellectual property rights
By participating in the activity, Participants authorize the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including Xiaomi Group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, to exploit, commercialize and make available to the public – all within the statutory limits - directly or through its web and/or its social networks, the photo(s) created in connection with the activity and use the photo(s) for commercial and/or advertising purposes.
The afore-mentioned authorization is granted on an exclusive and irrevocable basis; in the broadest possible form in law; without any form of remuneration/compensation; for the whole world; for the whole legal life of the rights up to their passage into the public domain;
With the capacity to assign to third parties. This authorization will also cover all exploitation rights, including the rights of disclosure and publication, fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication and making available to the public, the right of transformation and collection right that may correspond to the photo(s) or the work derived from it, as well as industrial property rights and any other rights that may be derived from the photo(s) and/or its elements.
8.2. Authorisation of Participant image right
Participants irrevocably grant to the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including xiaomi group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, the right to use the participant’s image and name in all forms and media including composite or modified representation including advertising, or any commercial purpose in connection with the activity throughout the world and in perpetuity without any compensation.
Participants moreover release the organizer and its partners from any claims that may arise regarding the use of their image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.
PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Participants in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organiser with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID
9.2. This data shall be collected and processed by the Organiser to ensure the proper organisation and management of the Activity, and delivery of the Prize.
9.3. The Organiser and its affiliated partner respect the Participants’ privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies, Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the applicable laws.
9.4.Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participants with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.
9.5. By entering the Activity, Participants hereby consent that the above personal data will be collected by Xiaomi. Xiaomi will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. Which you can find at https://www.mi.com/sg/support/terms-policy/
9.6. Ultimately, Xiaomi want the best for all our Participants. If Participants have any concerns about our data management practice outlined in this Privacy Policy, they are asked to contact https://www.mi.com/sg/support/service-centre/ Xiaomi will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.
9.7. Participants in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organiser with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID、adress、phone number
COMPLAINTS
10.1. All complaints related to the activity can be submitted through the website https://www.mi.com/sg/support/service-centre/.
10.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and this Terms. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.
LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION
11.1. ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Activity on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:
(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;
(ii) The Activity is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;
(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organizer or as a result of Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and
(iv) That any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.
11.2. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of connection with the participation in the Activity for:
(i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);
(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;
(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).
In the term that Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:
a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and
b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY
Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:
(i) These Terms; and
(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.
For the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third-party may incur or suffer. Organizer will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.
EXPORT CONTROL
Upon participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that:
The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.
If Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Activity violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Activity, functions and services and supply of goods, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.
OTHERS
13.1. Participation in the Activity will be governed by the Terms, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the local laws of the participants place of residence.
13.2. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available at the Xiaomi Store where Activity is held. Within 1 month of the end of the Activity, the Terms and Conditions will be available for download and saving in PDF format at Xiaomi Singapore
13.3. Organiser reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any of the stated terms and conditions at any time without notice. Participants are encouraged to check from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes made to the stated terms and conditions.
13.4. The amended Terms apply to Participants who do not withdraw from participation in the Promotion before the effective date of the amendment to the Terms.
13.5. The Organizer will inform Participants of the amendment to the Terms by posting information about the amendment on the Activity website.
13.6. Amendments to the Terms may not negatively impact the terms of participation in the Activity. Amendments to the Terms do not affect the rights acquired by the Participant prior to the amendment to the Terms.
13.7. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Activity before its expiry date in the event of extraordinary external circumstances related to the safety of those participating in the Activity, or for other important reasons. In such a case, the Organizer will post appropriate notice at the Xiaomi Store where the Activity is held.
13.8. This version of the Terms is effective from 1 April 2026.
13.9. The terms and conditions of this Activity shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
