Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ not clean the room completely?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ does not clean the entire room as expected, please refer to the following:
1. After the initial mapping process, the robot vacuum cleans based on automatically divided rooms. If some areas are skipped, it can be due to incorrect partitioning. You can go to the Map management section in the Xiaomi Home App to check and manually adjust the room layout;
2. If the map is outdated or inaccurate, you can delete the current map and allow the robot vacuum to remap the area during the next cleaning cycle;
3. Ensure that doors are open and that furniture or other objects are not blocking access to parts of the room;
4. Check whether restricted areas or virtual walls have been set in the Xiaomi Home App. These restrictions could prevent the robot vacuum from entering certain areas;
5. If the battery runs low during cleaning, the robot vacuum will return to the station automatically. It can not complete the entire cleaning if Resume cleanup function is disable;
6. Make sure the firmware of the robot vacuum is up to date. Using the latest version helps improve performance and resolve known issues.
Note:
Please avoid moving the robot vacuum manually during operation, as it can disrupt the current map and lead to incomplete cleaning.
