If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ cannot connect to the network, Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Wi-Fi signal is too weak or unstable in the area where the robot vacuum is located. Please move the robot vacuum closer to the router or improve the Wi-Fi coverage to ensure a strong and stable signal;
2. The robot vacuum only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and cannot connect to a 5GHz network, so make sure to connect it to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network;
3. If the robot vacuum is not in pairing mode, please reset it by pressing and holding the power and recharge buttons simultaneously until you hear a voice prompt confirming it is in pairing mode;
4. Make sure the Wi-Fi password entered during the connection is correct. Wi-Fi usernames cannot contain Chinese characters, and passwords should not contain special characters like @, ¥, or %. If they do, reset them to alphanumeric formats and try again;
5. Try connecting it to your phone's hotspot or change a network;
6. Bluetooth or location permissions are disabled on the phone, affecting initial pairing. Please enable both Bluetooth and location services on your phone;
7. Router MAC address filtering or AP isolation is enabled, which blocks device communication. Please disable these features on your router;
