Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ turn off automatically?
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ will not turn off automatically when it has sufficient battery and is operating normally. After cleaning is completed, the robot vacuum will automatically return to the station for charging.
If your Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ automatically shuts down, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the battery level is too low. Manually place the vacuum back onto the charging station;
2. The device will automatically return to the charging station when the battery is low. If it shuts down automatically, check whether there are any obstacles around the charging station or if the vacuum was moved during cleaning, which may prevent it from recharging properly;
3. If the device shuts down while on the charging station, check whether the charging contacts are clean and properly aligned. Make sure the charging station is powered and the vacuum is securely seated;
4. Check whether the ambient temperature is too high or too low. Please use the device in a room-temperature environment;
