If the Auto Clean function of the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 3.5 kW cannot be used, please follow these steps:
Make sure you have correctly activated the Auto Clean function by pressing and holding the [ECO] and [Timer] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Please check whether the air conditioner is operating outside the allowed conditions for the Auto Clean function to start:
1. Indoor temperature is above 30℃ and outdoor temperature is above 40℃;
2. Indoor temperature is above 38℃;
3. Outdoor temperature is above 40℃;
4. Indoor temperature is below 16℃;
5. Outdoor temperature is below 0℃.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please request after-sales service for inspection.
