If the outdoor unit of the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 3.5 kW appears to be leaking water, please consider the following:
1. When operating in Cooling Mode, the outdoor unit does not produce condensation. However, if water is observed dripping from the device during cooling, it is usually due to condensation forming on the cold pipes. When outdoor humidity is high, moisture in the air condenses on the surface of low-temperature pipes. The resulting water then drips onto the base and drains through the outlet. This is a normal occurrence and does not require repair;
2. When operating in Heating Mode, the outdoor unit freezes, and the defrosting process naturally produces water. This is also normal;
3. It is also possible that residual rainwater is draining from the outlet after rainfall;
4. If you prefer a solution, request an after-sales service installation of a drainage nozzle or pipe on the outdoor unit.
