Please check according to the following methods.
First, check whether there is a green light flashing when the back of the band is in contact with the skin. If there is a green light flashing, it means that the heart rate monitoring function of the band is turned on normally. If there is no green light flashing, please verify whether the heart rate monitoring is turned on;
Please wear it correctly. The strip should not be too loose. Adjust the wearing method, and then re-enter the heart rate function of the band to check;
Too dry skin and skin scars will affect heart rate measurement; too low temperatures in winter will also affect heart rate measurement;
If there are no above problems, you can restart the band, change the arm and try again after wearing it.
