HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR CREADIT CARD?
  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click My money.
  • Click Update beside "Debit and credit cards."
  • Click Confirm My Card.
  • Click Continue.
We’ll charge your card 3 SGD. This charge and a 4-digit PayPal code will appear on your card statement within 2 to 3 working days. The code will appear as PayPal*1234CODE. You will need the first 4 digits to confirm your card. We will refund the charge to your PayPal account immediately once you have confirmed your credit card. If you can’t access your online statement or if this 4-digit code is unavailable online, check your next paper statement for this code. We cannot provide you with the 4-digit confirmation code by any other method.

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER THE 4-DIGIT PAYPAL CODE TO CONFIRM YOUR CARD?
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click My money.
  • Click Update beside 'Debit and credit cards.'
  • Click Enter PayPal Code under "Action".
  • Enter the 4-digit PayPal code and click Confirm Card.

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED? Payments may be declined due to the changes in user habits, IP exceptions, the use of VPN, or bad credit records.
If you’re using someone else’s credit card or if your shipping information and credit card information don’t match, your payments may be declined due to the risks of unauthorized payments. If your payment is declined, we suggest that you sign up for a PayPal account and link your credit card. Also, please confirm your credit card to let PayPal know that you’re the card owner.
