1. ACTIVITY INFORMATION

1.1. The promotional activity governed by these Terms ("Terms") is conducted under the name "Golden Season Sale 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity").

1.2. The Activity is organized by Xiaomi Smart Co. Ltd., with its registered office at 7421 King Fahad Road, Al Olaya District, Unit 1141, Riyadh 12212–3143, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Commercial Registration Number 100919437 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or "Xiaomi").

1.3. The Activity Period starts on 15 October 2026 at 00:00:00 (GMT+3) and ends on 31 October 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+3) (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity Period").

1.4. The Activity is conducted exclusively through the official Xiaomi online store for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, mi.com/sa: https://www.mi.com/sa-en/

1.5. In case of any questions regarding the Activity, Participants may contact Xiaomi customer service at service.sa@support.mi.com.

1.6. By participating in the Activity, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Xiaomi’s applicable Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Activity is available exclusively through mi.com/sa and is not applicable to purchases made through other Xiaomi sales channels, third-party retailers, marketplaces, or offline stores unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.2. To participate in the Activity, a Participant must:

(1) be of legal age and possess the legal capacity required under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

(2) participate in the Activity through mi.com/sa;

(3) complete a valid purchase of an Eligible Product during the Activity Period.

2.3. "Eligible Product" means any phone, tablet, or AIoT product listed in Section 3 of these Terms, purchased through mi.com/sa during the Activity Period, subject to these Terms.

2.4. Xiaomi may reject or disqualify participation that is fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the intended operation of the Activity.

3. ACTIVITY MECHANISM

3.1. Activity Period

The Golden Season Sale 2026 Activity Period starts on 15 October 2026 at 00:00:00 (GMT+3) and ends on 31 October 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+3). The promotional prices set out in this Section 3 are available throughout the Activity Period, subject to the individual offer windows stated below and to stock availability.

3.2. Offer 1 – Phone and Tablet Price Reductions

During the Activity Period, the following phones and tablets are available at the promotional prices stated below on mi.com/sa. The promotional price is automatically applied at checkout on mi.com/sa; no coupon code is required.

3.3. Offer 2 – Tablet Add-on Purchase

During the Activity Period, a Participant who purchases any of the following tablets through mi.com/sa may purchase eligible accessories at the stated add-on price, in the same transaction (the "Add-on Purchase"):

The Add-on Purchase must be made in the same transaction as the Eligible Product purchase. Each qualifying unit entitles the Participant to a maximum of one (1) add-on purchase per add-on option. The add-on product is subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice once stock is exhausted.

3.4. Offer 3 – AIoT Product Price Reductions

During the Activity Period, the following AIoT products are available at the promotional prices stated below on mi.com/sa:

Each Participant who purchases any of the following Eligible Products through mi.com/sa during the Activity Period will receive the corresponding complimentary Gift:

All Gifts are subject to stock availability.

Each qualifying order is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Gift per Eligible Product purchased, regardless of the number of units of that Eligible Product purchased in that order.

3.6. Offer 5 – Monitor Add-on Purchase

During the Activity Period, a Participant who purchases any of the following monitors through mi.com/sa may purchase one of the following speakers at the stated add-on price, in the same transaction:

Eligible Monitors: Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi, Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G27i 2026, Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G24i 2026, Xiaomi Monitor A27i 2026.

The Add-on Purchase must be made in the same transaction as the monitor purchase. The add-on product is subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice once stock is exhausted.

3.7. Offer Combinations

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Offers 1 to 5 may not be used together in a single qualifying transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Activity may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, coupons, promotions, or benefits.

4. GIFT, OFFER AND FULFILLMENT RULES

4.1. Offer Eligibility

To qualify for any Offer or Gift under these Terms, a Participant must complete a valid purchase of an Eligible Product through mi.com/sa during the Activity Period. Only completed, valid, non-cancelled orders qualify.

4.2. Orders affected by payment failure, fraud, abuse, cancellation, return, or refund may be disqualified from receiving any Offer or Gift benefit.

4.3. Availability and Priority

Gifts and add-on products are available in limited quantities and on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is determined by the time of completed payment. Completion of an order does not guarantee a Gift or add-on product after stock is exhausted.

All Gifts are subject to stock availability.

4.4. Gift Limitations

A Gift:

(1) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discount, Mi Points, or another product;

(2) is non-transferable as a promotional entitlement;

(3) is subject to stock availability; and

(4) may only be provided in connection with an eligible qualifying purchase.

4.5. Order Validity

Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may lose eligibility for the Offer or Gift benefits.

Where a returned Eligible Product makes a Participant ineligible for a Gift or promotional price, Xiaomi may require the corresponding Gift to be returned unused or deduct its stated value from the refund, only to the extent permitted by applicable law and Xiaomi’s applicable return and refund policies.

4.6. Product availability and Gift availability are separate. Availability of an Eligible Product does not necessarily mean that a Gift or add-on product remains available.

4.7. The applicable promotional benefit and availability status displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout at the time the qualifying order is placed shall apply, subject to these Terms.

5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Participants in the Activity agree to provide the Organizer with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID, email and phone number.

5.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity.

5.3. The Organizer and its affiliated partners respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.

5.4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.

5.5. By entering the Activity, the Participant hereby consents to the collection of the above personal data by the Organizer. The Organizer will collect, use, disclose, process, and protect the Participant’s personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

6. COMPLAINTS

6.1. All complaints related to the Activity can be submitted via the website:

6.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on applicable laws and these Terms. However, this deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, of which the Participant will be informed.

6.3. The complaint should contain the Participant’s name, surname, exact address (in case of choosing the written method of responding to the complaint) or email address (in case of choosing the electronic method of responding to the complaint), as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.

7. LIABILITY AND STATEMENTS

7.1. Statement of the Organizer

7.1.1. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party organizers organize the Activity on a best-efforts basis and exclude all warranties and conditions, expressed or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, but not limited to, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party organizers do not warrant or represent that:

(i) the Activity is suitable for any purpose or meets the Participant’s requirements, or is organized without errors or deficiencies, or that the Activity meets any particular level of quality, as the case may be;

(ii) the Participant will be able to take part in the Activity at any time without disruption, interruption, or delay;

(iii) any information, whether oral or written, obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Activity, including any materials or products, will be adequate, accurate, complete, or reliable; or

(iv) any deficiencies in the Activity, including any organizational or functional defects in the Activity, will be repaired, corrected, or otherwise remedied.

7.2. Liability of the Organizer

7.2.1. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant, regardless of the legal basis, including contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability, in connection with or as a result of participation in the Activity, for:

(i) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

(ii) any loss of income, turnover, actual or anticipated profits, opportunities, goodwill, or reputation, whether directly or indirectly;

(iii) any damage and/or corruption or loss of data, whether directly or indirectly;

(iv) any change, modification, extension, or restriction, including suspension of the Participant, in the Activity; or

(v) access to the Participant’s account data, account or registration data in connection with participation in the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation of the terms and conditions of the Activity or any part thereof.

7.2.2. The Organizer’s liability for any breach of these Terms shall be limited solely to the direct and foreseeable losses that the Organizer could reasonably anticipate at the time these Terms came into effect, based on the circumstances then known. In all cases, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed SAR 100.

7.2.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Organizer in the following respects:

(i) liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liability under any applicable product liability law; and

(ii) warranty or liability for damage or loss that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7.2.4. If the laws of the Participant’s jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions, or limitations or exclusions of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations that are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and the Organizer, and any warranty or liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7.3. Participant’s Liability

The Participant shall be solely responsible for any breach of their obligations under:

7.3.1. these Terms;

7.3.2. any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides or is participating in the Activity; and

7.3.3. the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage that the Organizer or any other third party may suffer or incur. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant or any third party in the event of such breach.

8.1. The content of these Terms is made available to the public on the Webpage and at the Organizer’s headquarters.
