Ingredients
· 200g all-purpose flour
· 45g cocoa powder
· 140g powdered sugar
· 10g baking powder
· 2g salt
· 60ml cooking oil
· 4 pieces egg whites
· 4 pieces egg yolks
· 370ml milk
· 2ml white vinegar
Baking powder
Salt
Cooking oil
Flour
Milk
Cocoa powder
Egg yolks
Step 1
Mix these ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Step 2
In a second bowl, beat the egg whites and vinegar until foamy, gradually adding sugar in four parts until soft peaks form.
Step 3
Blend the mixture into the first bowl.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a mold and tap to release any air bubbles.
Step 6
Let it cool and then remove the cake from the mold.
Step 7
Top the cake with your own creative flair.
Voilà! A quick and delicious chocolate cake is ready to be served!
