When more than 1 camera live stream running
1. Double click on the camera which you want to download the video.
2. On the bottom right tap on the surveillance icon (Cloud icon)
3. Select the desired event based video
4. ->Tap on the Download icon on the video
9.What should I do if screen shows no camera attached?
Ensure you have used the same login method used on your phone (Mi Home app)

Reset the password using forgot password option in the sign-In page.
