How to check the day’s steps, calories, number of standings/duration of medium-to-high-intensity activities on Xiaomi Smart Band 8?

There are two ways to view it:
band view: Click on the band and slide up and down to find the vitality indicator. After clicking to enter, it can display the calories Kcal (kcal), steps, number of standing times/duration of medium and high-intensity activities of the day.
App viewing: When the mobile phone and band are connected, after the data is synchronized, view it on the health page of Mi Fitness App.
Special note: App data comes from both ends of the mobile phone and band, and the displayed data has been fused. If the number of steps recorded by the mobile phone is more than that of the strip in the recent period (about 30 minutes), there may be differences in the data at both ends, and you can try to synchronize again after a period of time.
Note:
1. The calorie calculation of Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is based on wrist activity and other conditions. Each iteration of the product will update the calorie calculation algorithm to a certain extent, taking more influencing factors into account, so it may be different from other products.
If there are obvious abnormalities in the calorie data, please guide users to submit feedback on the APP.
2. During exercise, the calculation of calories is based on exercise data such as heart rate, and has a low direct correlation with the single data of step count. For example, there will be a significant difference in calorie burn between walking 1,000 steps at an easy pace and running 1,000 steps at your best. Therefore, it is recommended to wear the band tightly during exercise to ensure normal collection of various data including heart rate.
If there are obvious abnormalities in the calorie data, please submit user feedback within the APP.
