The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 itself can store data independently, and some functions can be used without the mobile phone for daily activities. When synchronizing data, you need to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and bring it close to the band to connect it. It can save up to 100 hours of exercise record data, display 20 exercise records, save nearly 7 days of vitality index data and health data such as sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress. The band can only display the data of the day.
Data that has been synchronized to the App will be automatically uploaded to the cloud for storage (Mi Fitness App->Profile->Settings->Sports and Health Cloud Service is turned on). If you change to a new mobile phone, you only need to use the previous Xiaomi account on the new mobile phone to pair with the band, and then the previous data can be synchronized from the cloud to the new mobile phone.
Note: With the size of the exercise record, the number of saved items will change, whichever is actual.
