Solution:
After being plugged in power, The default state of Xiaomi TV is shutdown. You can touch the MI LOGO on the front of Xiaomi TV to turn on or turn off, or long press the power button on the remote control to turn on, or switch on and off through the mechanical button at the back of the TV.
